The average list price for single family home sales in January 2014 was $2,642,286 compared to $2,112,292 for January 2013, representing a 25% increase. For the three-month period from November to January 2014, the average list price was 11% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for January 2014 was $2,495,214, compared to that of November through January 2014, which was $2,808,853. Comparing January 2014 to December 2013, Pacific Palisades saw a 26% decrease in average sale price, but a 18% increase compared to same month of the prior year.
