Welcome to the Holiday Edition of Shades Of The Departed The Magazine. We are honored to have Maureen Taylor join us as author of the Feature Article, Hairsteria. Maureen gives us a glimpse into dating old photographs using our ancestors’ hair. It’s a fantastic article with a book to boot. This month Shades adds Smile For The Camera to every issue. One submission will be selected from every carnival to be featured in the magazine. A man and his machine grace this Holiday Edition. The columnists have outdone themselves bringing some very interesting articles to this issue. From the birth of coca‐cola to birthday suits, we’ve got them all.
