Personal enrichment Make a Pattern From a Garment Is your favorite garment worn out? Have you found the perfect outfit and wish you had another just like it? Come learn how to make a paper pattern from your favorite clothing without taking it apart. This course demonstrates tools and techniques of beginning pattern making. Basic sewing knowledge is required. Elizabeth Harris has been sewing for 25 years. During the past eight years, she has been teaching at SFCC and operating her own customsewing business.

Earrings, Earrings, Earrings Design and create various earrings using wire, pins and beads in a variety of colors and shapes. You will also learn bead-weaving and fringe techniques to make intricate earrings. No beading experience is required. All materials are included in the course fee.

Basic Crochet Here’s a stress-free guide to learning about crochet. Learn basic crochet terms, patterns and instructions to complete simple projects. Experienced artists will find this material fascinating, but no previous experience is needed. Leave class with finished jewelry! You’ll learn the basics in one day, and be able to begin on your own.
