NEW! COMIDA CUBANA Join world traveler and Santa Fe chef, Margo Taylor to create fresh and delicious Cuban dishes. The menu will include a wide variety of Cuban favorites from appetizers to dessert. Among the dishes the class will make are roast pork with mojo sauce, shrimp stuffed avocado and dulce de leche ice cream.
WINE APPRECIATION The basics of wine are explored in this fun, interactive class. Discover what goes into making a $10 Cabernet Sauvignon and a $100 Bordeaux. Meet for a field trip to taste and compare red and white grape varietals. Learn how to be a savvy wine buyer and understand the wine market in northern New Mexico.
