Welcome to Budapest Rarely a town has kept me captive like this one. Many hours I can stroll the streets, the differences are astonishing. Shopping on one side, culture on the other. There is so much to see, on water, on land and in the air. I suggest a boat trip on the Danube River, it shows a different perspective. After that you can explore everything you have seen by foot. Not only the architecture can take your breath away, there is so much to see. The age of the KuK-Monarchy is still alive here. Make a stop at the hero square and marvel the urban forest behind it. And don’t forget the good Hungarian restaurants, there is so much to try. Enjoy this town, it’s worth it. (L&B)
Willkommen in Budapest! Selten hat mich eine Stadt so gefangengenommen wie diese. Stundenlang kann ich hier bummeln, die Gegensätze sind erstaunlich. Shopping auf der einen Seite, Kultur auf der anderen. Es gibt so viel zu sehen, zu Wasser, zu Lande und in der Luft. Empfehlen kann ich eine Bootsfahrt auf der Donau, es zeigt eine andere Perspektive. Danach kann man was man vom Wasser aus gesehen hat zu Fuß erkunden. Nicht nur die Architektur kann einem den Atem nehmen, so viel ist da zu sehen. Das Zeitalter der KuK-Monarchie ist hier am Leben. Machen Sie auch einen Stopp am Heldenplatz und bewundern Sie das Stadtwäldchen dahinter. Und vergessen Sie nicht die guten ungarischen Restaurants, es gibt viel zu probieren.
