Standing room tickets in the gallery for sold-out performances are available if the technical requirements of the pro duction allow it. The evening box office at Semper 2 and the ballet hall opens 30 minutes before curtain time. More information: semperoper.de Start date for ticket sales Tickets for the 2014 /15 season are available for purchase from Friday, 28 March 2014, 10am. Internet Up to 15 tickets per performance can be purchased at semperoper.de. We accept credit cards or Giropay for online purchases. Discounts cannot be granted for online purchases.
Print@Home By using Print@Home, customers can purchase tickets and gift vouchers online at semperoper.de and print them safely at their convenience. Please note that discounts cannot be granted for online purchases. Once purchased, Print@ Home tickets cannot be changed. Delivery of tickets You can opt to have your paid tickets posted to you at the earliest possible date. Please note that if you book tickets for a performance which is scheduled to take place within 10 days of the date of your booking being concluded, your tickets will be left at the evening box office inside the opera house. Tickets must be collected 30 minutes before cur tain up. Unused tickets – Refunds Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may return them to the Sem peroper for sale on commission until curtain time. The Semperoper may, but will not be obliged to, resell them on your behalf. If your tickets are success fully resold the Semperoper will refund to you the face value of the tickets purchased, minus an administration fee of 10% per ticket (minimum amount €6 per ticket) after the performance. The Semperoper cannot guarantee the suc cessful resale of any returned tickets. Student Discounts Pupils and students can purchase remai ning tickets for €10 at the evening box office from 30 minutes before curtain time (tickets subject to availability, mini mum ticket price €12 for categories 1–5) on presenting a valid student or school identity card. Symphony concerts, guest performances, external events, special events and exclusive performances are excluded from this offer. Discount for children Children up to 16 years can purchase a reduced-price ticket (about 50 % dis count). The discount is granted for tickets with a minimum ticket price of €12 for categories 1–5. This offer does not include premieres, symphony con certs, guest performances, external events, special events and exclusive per formances.
