Small Groups Fall Kick-Off *

The Small Groups Fall Kick-Off is a great way to help you get real with God and others in a small group setting. Come and join a new or existing group, where you’ll make new friends and, together, build authentic community! At the Fall Kick-Off, you’ll have time to chat with different group leaders and explore many of the groups we offer. Then, you’ll be invited to select a group and spend time that night meeting others who are joining as well. This is a fun night to meet new people and get set for a fantastic fall at Scottsdale Bible! We’ll have some appetizers for you, and childcare is available with registration. 4

Men’s Morning Bible Study

Men of all ages are invited to join us on Tuesday nights for fellowship, discipleship, and serving. Our main focus is to encourage men to grow in grace and truth. Marketplace Bible Study (MBS)

Realizing that much of Jesus’ original ministry and teaching was accomplished Monday through Saturday during the hustle and bustle of marketplace activity, the goal of MBS is to offer men an opportunity to take a break from their busy schedules and focus on needed and significant spiritual truth. Functioning also as an outreach into the community, it is our hope that men would feel comfortable inviting their seeking friends and co-workers to this study. Men’s Discipleship Groups Various, throughout the week

These groups of 3-4 men meet weekly or bi-weekly for discipleship. The primary focus is to be in a community of authentic brothers in Christ who help lead one another to becoming the men God longs for us to be. God never intended for us to go through life alone, and discipleship is a great place to start the process of growing together. Men’s Discipleship Training

This 11-week training session is focused on creating a united mindset of discipleship. Matthew 28:19 calls us to go and make disciples, and this training will help remove some of the fear, anxiety and unknowns of what it looks like to come alongside other brothers in Christ and train them up in the Lord. Threads of Hope

First Saturday of each month, 9am-12pm, Shea A8

Threads of Hope provides simple dresses and shorts to children in need around the world. These clothes are taken by SBC’s mission teams to girls and boys in orphanages, refugee camps, or low-income communities. Even if you don’t sew, you can help with cutting, packing, or by donating new/gently used pillowcases, fabric and decorative extras. Widow 2 Widow

We have a wonderful group of widows who have a very active group. Faith needs a proper foundation too, and certain essentials can make all the difference in your faith journey. Lauren Locker and her team will cover these basics, including a complete tour of the Bible. It’s perfect for moms who are exploring Christianity, new to faith, or just want to brush up on the essentials. • WILD for Moms (Women in Leadership Development) | Shea A7 WILD is a leadership development program designed to equip women to more fully glorify God with their lives. The program focuses on helping women identify and develop their purpose and calling. They can then discover how their leadership potential and spiritual giftedness prepares and equips them for that call.

Marketplace MOMS *

This fun, Christ-centered community is for working moms whose youngest child is in fourth grade or younger. Throughout the year, special speakers will help us make a difference in our homes, in our friendships, and with our kids. The kids program will engage your children with Bible lessons, crafts and play time. House of Promise/House of Hope

At House of Hope, we come alongside and minister to women by sharing Christ’s love, mentoring, and teaching life skills classes. Gather with other seniors (ages 60+) for an exercise class specifically designed to build balance, flexibility and strength. Classes are led by a qualified fitness trainer. After the first free visit, the cost is only $5 per class.

On the first Wednesday of each month, students in grades 6-12 meet at Pastor Michael Baker’s house for community, fun and discussion about God. On the fourth Wednesday, we gather at Cactus Campus before we go and serve in our community. Student Small Groups

We’re heading to our favorite camp in Arizona! Enjoy a weekend in the cool pines at beautiful Lost Canyon. All 7th-12th grade students are invited to attend this amazing weekend together as we enjoy the giant swing, zip line, biblical teaching and time spent hanging out with friends.
