Due to the orientation of the apartments and the location of the common spaces between the apartments created a certain challenge. To overcome this problem I had to arrange the private spaces of the apartment spaces of the apartments at the beginning point of the apartment, designing a corridor to create some tension and the person entering will want to move quickly reaching an open space where you find the common space kitchen, living room‌these common space are found on the other end to have direct contact with the common spaces in between apartments. I tried to maintain a regular facade, to try and pass out the image of the modular idea behind the apartment.
