HAZARD: Risk of Electric Shock, the affected units may have transposed (sw apped) w ires w ithin the cord. When in use they may apply dangerous voltages to appliances creating a shock hazard. Products Affected: R2602 – 2 Metre White Piggyback Extension Lead R2702 – 2 Metre White Extension Lead R2707 – 7 Metre White Extension Lead WITH Date code 2/12 as show n below . Products w ith a different date code are not affected. No ot her HPM branded extension leads are affected by this recall. Products can be ident ified by the markings below and the lead length.
