BOOKING INFORMATION
Book online… Step 1 Log onto: staffordbc.gov.uk/GETOUT and click on the link for ‘online bookings’ Step 2 When you have an activated account log in by entering your user name and password. Click ‘My Account’ to make changes to your account and add participants [family and friends] Step 3 Click ‘Home Page’ to view the list of activities available, select the activity to go to the ‘Event Details’ tab Step 4 Select the ‘dates and times’ tab and choose the required date(s) by ‘ticking’ the small box to the left of the required date Step 5 If your participants are a suitable age for the activity they will be visible to select for the dates by ‘ticking’ the small box to the left of a participant name Step 6 Click the ‘Add to Basket’ button at the top of the main screen before you go to book another activity

Step 7 If you have any important information that you think we should know (e.g. medical conditions) select the ‘Info Notes’ tab in the right panel and enter your comment there Step 8 Go to the ‘Home Page’ select other activities and book participants on Step 9 When you are ready to complete your bookings go to the ‘Basket’ tab on the right panel, check the order detail and if your order is correct click on the ‘Buy Now’ button [If you want to remove any activities from the basket please click on the ‘Participant’ tab and click the cross to the right of the activity in the right hand panel, or click the ‘Clear Order Basket’ button] Step 10 The order will be recorded in our database and you will be transferred to the secure PayPal payment system where you can pay for your bookings with a Credit Card or PayPal account. You will be sent a few confirmation emails and any extra information on what participants need to bring with them on the day.
Use the online booking system where you can book multiple activities for mulitple participants in ONE simple transaction. Most activities require advance booking and payment. Early booking is advisable as places are issued on a first come first served basis. Online booking will close at 4pm on the day before the activity [subject to availability]. There will be limited staff available to take telephone payments, especially during the holiday period, so online bookings are preferred. The symbols shown above will be displayed next to the activities in this brochure to show the booking methods. Book over the phone… Phone the number next to the
activity to book and pay by card [subject to availability]. Please note there are limited staff available to take telephone payments, online bookings are preferred where possible.
Book at reception…
Visit the leisure centre reception before the day of the activity to book and pay for a place. Need help with your booking? If you have any queries with your online booking please click the ‘help & FAQ’ button at the top right hand side of the online booking system. You can send a message to us by logging into your account and clicking the ‘My Messages’ button, email events@staffordbc.gov.uk or call the number next to the activity you want to book.
