Virtual Teaching in the Clinical Capstone Our seniors have had to make some serious adjustments to how they will work in their clinical capstone this year. Here is what a few of them had to say about teaching and learning virtually. "Virtual teaching brings new insight to the lives of students, and helps educators better understand who they are." - Julia Hand
“Virtual learning has given me the opportunity to use more online resources to make the classroom more fun and engaging for my students” - Caleigh Sullivan
"Virtual teaching may not be ideal, however, it will allow me to find creative ways to engage with students at a distance." - Kaylee Tucker
“Teaching and learning virtually has proven to be challenging thus far, but I’m eager to learn new ways to keep students interested in academic content through the use of technology.” - Tia Pisano "Although virtual learning is a new journey for many teachers, I think that it is exciting to find new ways to explore the world around us. In this day and age, I think that it will be useful to be familiar with all of the technological resources available to us for educational use!" - Theresa Castro "After spending last semester as a virtual learner, it really made me appreciate the value of being in a classroom. I hope to combine both my in class teaching I've done with my virtual learning experience to help students make the most out and learn lots from this unique situation!" - Madelyn Cleary
