My favourite sportsman is Michael Phelps. He’s an American swimmer. He was born in 1985 in Baltimore. He has got two sisters. In Athens 2004 Summer Olympics, he won 6 gold medals and 2 bronze medals. In Beijing 2008, he won 8 gold medals. In London 2012 he won 4 gold medals and 2 silver medals. HE is the swimmer with most medals of all time .

Usain Bolt is a runner. He’s 26 years old. He lives in Jamaica. He has a brother and a sister. He has won 28 gold medals and 8 silver medals. His personal best mark in 100 m is 9.58 s. His nickname is “Lightning Bolt”.

My favourite sportsman is Iker Casillas. He is from Madrid and he’s 31 years old. He is a goalkeeper in Real Madrid FC and in the Spain National Team. He started playing football at the age of 9 . In 2010 he was the captain in the Spanish team that won the World Cup in South Africa. He also was awarded the Golden Glove and he is considered the best goalkeeper in the world by FIFA and UEFA.

Jean Claude Van Damme was born on October 8th, 1960 in Brussels, Belgium. He is an expert in martial arts. He started practising martial arts at the age of ten and he obtained the black belt in Karate. He has 3 children and he is an actor, director and film producer, too. He won the Karate World Championship twice. He also practiced Muay Thay and Taekwondo.
