Sensepoint XCD RFD (Remote Flammable Detector) Sensepoint XCD RFD (Remote Flammable Detector) has been specifically designed for use with remotely mounted flammable gas sensors. This configuration is ideal for applications where the sensor is required to be mounted remotely from the transmitter in areas where temperatures are well above ambient (up to 150°C/302°F), or that are difficult to access. The transmitter can be mounted at a suitable location away from this area where it is easy to access, view its display and interact with via the user interface. Sensepoint XCD RFD is suitable for use with several Honeywell Analytics’ sensors; the Sensepoint XCD catalytic bead and infrared type plug-in sensors and the Sensepoint standard and high temperature sensors. These sensors can be mounted up to 30 metres (100 feet) away from the transmitter thereby accommodating even the most remote and inaccessible applications. The gas range is user adjustable at the transmitter from 0-100%LEL down to 0-20%LEL.

This configuration is ideal for a wide range of toxic and Oxygen gas detection applications. The sensor can be mounted up to 30 metres (100 feet) away from the transmitter in areas that are difficult to access. System 57 Controller System 57 accepts inputs from flammable and toxic gas detectors, a large range of flame, smoke and heat detectors and manual call points. Available outputs include relays, analogue signals and industry standard digital protocols. Touchpoint 1 Controller The Touchpoint 1 Controller when used with any one of the Sensepoint range of gas detectors provides 24 hour protection from flammable, toxic or Oxygen gas hazards. With executive outputs to shutdown process equipment or drive warning devices, the Touchpoint 1 is ideal for continuous monitoring of small remote sites where it is inappropriate or costly to monitor the area from a central location. AC and/or DC driven, the Touchpoint 1 includes built-in audiovisual alarms, two programmable alarm relays and a system fault relay as well as an isolated 4-20 mA output proportional to the input from the field device. The system is fully user programmable via the ultra-clear backlit LCD and intuitive menu system. For example, relays may be configured as ‘non-atching’ (default is ‘latching’) so that outputs clear automatically on remote unmanned sites. Buttons used for configuration are hidden behind an access panel to prevent tampering. A single button is available to all users on the front of the controller to perform a simple self-test or to reset alarms if needed.

Touchpoint 4 Controller The Touchpoint 4 controller provides protection of personnel and plant from flammable, toxic and Oxygen gas hazards when used with up to four Sensepoint gas detectors. Self-contained, fully user configurable and wall mounted, a Touchpoint 4 gas detection system can monitor gas hazards in a large area or several discrete locations from a convenient central site. Input modules are available for use with 4-20 mA and mV type gas detectors. Each channel includes a backlit display detailing gas type, measuring range, actual gas reading in both numeric and bar graph format as well as alarm status. Two user programmable alarm relays and a repeated 4 -20 mA signal proportional to the gas level monitored are included per channel.

Unipoint Controller Two versions of Unipoint are available; one for mV bridge, catalytic bead type, flammable gas detector and the other for any 2 or 3 wire 4-20 mA type gas detector. Each Unipoint is easily installed onto the DIN rail via a special socket (provided) that also interconnects power to adjacent units. FKX Small Flange Remote Seal Type Differential Pressure Transmitter • Directly connectable to 1-1/2 in and 2 in flanges The transmitter is connectable to 1-1/2 in and 2in pipes without a reducer. • Flow measurement without impulse piping 1/2 in and 3/4 in flange size is also available.
