Project: New buildings Musilkova site Casa Concept International has at its disposal a site measuring 13.313m² * 4.272m² of it has been fenced off for the Musilkova house. For this fenced off plot, there are plans for an extension of two new buildings, totalling 1.131m² of living space plus terraces / balconies measuring 337m². * On the remainder of the site belonging to CCI, totalling 9.041m², the intention is also to build a house with a total of 2.720m² of living space plus the terraces / balconies measuring 95m². The remainder of the site is currently designated as wood and garden. At this stage obtaining a building consent for this building does not seem to be possible.
