The App opens to a Map View centered on your current location.
On a tablet, pop up the Gallery View and scroll through listing images.
Refine your results and location using the Search Filters.
Use the search to find an exact address, MLS#, city, or school district. Watch as the search makes suggestions as you type.
Searching by city or districts will place boundaries around the area Note: Not all city or school district boundary data is available.
Narrow your search to a specific area using the Circle Draw button.

Search nearby properties using HomeSpotter augmented reality. This activates your phone or tablet’s camera to scan properties within a 1-mile radius.
