“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9 With our first year coming to a close, we would like to take this chance to reflect on what Renevatuse means to us: I have no idea how many people we watched enter into a relationship with Jesus but that is absolutely the best part of Renevatuse. We have witnessed miracle after miracle and have been changed. We will no longer be the same. Jesus has set a fire under this ministry that boggles my mind. It has been an amazing joy to watch Brian and Todd grow closer to Jesus, as well as their wives and families. Renevatuse is way more than three (3) people though. It's a ministry that consists of a countless number of people who pray and provide equipment and finances and bring the Spirit and so much more...all with the same mindset of bringing people into an intimate relationship with Jesus. Thank you to every single person who is a part of Renevatuse. Happy Birthday, I can't believe we get to do this!!~Sahara On one hand I can't believe it has been a year already, but on the other hand, when I think of all God has done and allowed us to be a part of, it's hard to believe that it has only been a year. Psalms 34:4 says "Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart." And in John 10:10b, Jesus says "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." I think these two verses best describe the past 12 months with Renevatuse. I have been blessed to watch the Holy Spirit draw so many people to the Father, and lives and legacy change because of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! This truly is the desire of my heart, as well as a taste of the abundant life I believe Jesus was speaking of. To be able to worship and grow, and cry and laugh, with some of the most amazing individuals I have ever known, is simply the icing on the cake. Man, I sure do love you guys! Thank you Lord for not giving up on us! ~ Todd
Besides its definition, Renevatuse means 3 ordinary people with extraordinary pasts being drawn together for the glory of God. It means going beyond the spectrum of friends and band mates to a level of kinship and intimacy under Christ, braving adversity together and fighting in a war that few are strong enough to fight. It means taking the evil that satan tried to kill us with and allowing God to turn it into goodness and hope for those who are bonded to addiction. It means being a part of something bigger than our human minds can fathom. It means community, it means family, it means the body of Christ working together as a well tuned machine. To me, it means everything and more than I ever deserved to receive. ~Brian
