Bahrain Raft Race For Charity 2013 The annual Charity Raft Race organised by the Rotary Club of Salmaniya was held at the Al Bander Hotel & Resort, Sitra. Thirty-four teams competed in the annual Raft Race, organised by the Rotary Club of Salmaniya at Al Bander Hotel and Resort in Sitra, cheered on by more than 1,000 spectators and raised around BD34,000. The money raised at the event will be used raise awareness about childhood obesity in Bahrain and how to tackle it
