Who to contact For Games time, the Council has established a dedicated Games phone line and email address for any queries or comments regarding issues relating to the Games. This is now open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (with an option to leave a message outside of these hours). From Friday 27 July the contact line will be operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until Sunday 12 August. From Monday 13 August it will return to the normal contact hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday until Monday 10 September, when the line will close.
