FROM THE EDITOR Pure London might be over for another season, but we’re keeping the Festival of Fashion alive for a little bit longer. In the AW19/20 Post Show Guide, we’ll be giving you a second look at some of the exciting exhibitors that joined us at the latest edition, as well as the up and comers who you should be keeping an eye on for SS20. We’ve included it all, from new names, premium brands, men’s and womenswear, our favourites from kidswear show Bubble at Pure and everything in between. Whether you need to remind yourself of everything you saw, or are looking for your next big seller, our curated selection of AW19/20’s best brands has a little bit of something for everyone. CARLOS CORDOBA A family-owned business that launched over 30 years ago, Spanish label Carlos Cordoba is the go-to name for superbly crafted men’s shirts. Inspired, in philosophy and name, by the Italian poet Dante Alighieri, who managed to weave the common language spoken in the streets of Italy into that of the upper social classes creating unique and timeless works of written art, much like the Dánte brand aims to do in fashion each creation is dipped in past tradition and overflowing with future freshness. With distinctive, geometric, loose and comfy lines, using heavy layering and printed textiles which give each article of clothing an unconventional image, the Dánte man distinguishes himself from what is common and tedious. – from head to toe, from mind to matter.



GARCIA The Garcia Jeans story reads like an exciting boys’ book that just keeps triggering your imagination. The adventure begins when Isabella Mablona Garcia and Maurizio Luigi give birth to their distinctive jeans in 1977 in the jeans valley of the Italian Urbania and combine their contemporary designs with pure craftsmanship. Early on in the story the Dutch company Euro books discovers the Mediterranean look and feel of these jeans. Together they set out to become a progressive, casual denim brand.
