The Members of the Association are offered an opportunity to get involved with princetongreen.org based on their right fit. A Member can possibly become an Energy Advisor, Dealer, Installer, Green Advocate, or Key Alliance. If a Member wants to become active in sales, then becoming an Energy Advisor or Dealer may be a good fit for them. An Energy Advisor becomes directly involved with princetongreen.org by representing our organization in the marketplace. Whereas a Dealer aligns with us by “plugging in” our solutions portfolio of green services and technologies, thus instant access to technologies, companies and people that have been researched and vetted. Our portfolio of solutions and the professionalism and expertise of our network equates to a very powerful combination. Members may also be able to be Installers for the technologies we sell; and/or Green Advocates which earn commissions for opening doors of opportunity; and/or Key Alliances whereby princetongreen.org becomes an extension of the Member company’s sale force. There are fees for being an Energy Advisor or Dealer (as defined below), but not for being an Installer, Green Advocate or Key Alliance. Members have the complete latitude to decide how they may best fit into princetongreen.org.

Associations win.

The Association simply offer the opportunity to align with princetongreen.org to their Members. As more Members get involved, the Association generates multiple revenue channels for itself and its Members. * When Members join as Energy Advisors, they become part of the Association’s sales team. When Members sell, the Association earns commissions. * When Members join as Dealers, the Association is the “Registered Energy Advisor” for the Dealer, thereby earning revenue on Dealer overrides generated. * When Members join as Installers, the Association earns a commission anytime the Member installs a project for princetongreen.org. * When Members join as Green Advocates, any referrals generated go directly to the Association so the association can direct the referrals to the appropriate Energy Advisor(s) on their team. * When Members join as Key Alliances, the Association earns a commission anytime the Members’ offerings are sold by princetongreen.org. The beauty of this model is that it’s self-perpetuating - meaning, whereby the Association is supporting their Members, and their Members are supporting the Association.

We work very hard researching and vetting great technologies, great services and great companies. Benefit by our legwork by simply "plugging in and selling." We become your back office support for green service and technologies, enabling you to remain focused on securing sales opportunities. Becoming a Dealer is by invitation only, as sponsorship by an Energy Advisor is required. By being a Dealer, you immediately expand your business through offering to your clients a host of vetted energy-related solutions, including: * Comprehensive Bill Auditing: Electric/Gas/Water/Sewer/Telecom/IT/Wireless * Building Audits: Federal EPACT, Cost Segregation, and Energy Efficiency * Energy Procurement

* Commercial Refrigeration Efficiency Technologies

* Building Automation: Commercial Properties and Hotels * Water Monitoring via our Evaporation Credit Service * Solar Power * Wind Power

The question that's often raised is "why would I go through princetongreen.org when I may be able to go direct to the manufacturer?" The answer is simple: because you get exactly the same dealer agreement and discounts either way, but with princetongreen.org you'll get comprehensive product and sales training, access to electronic sales e.brochures and videos, as well as ongoing sales support. In addition, we will continue to research and vet new solutions for our Dealers to sell. Your Dealer relationship is comprised of two relationships - a direct relationship with the manufacturer for technical support, and a direct relationship with princetongreen.org for sales support. All of us work collaboratively to bring forth viable solutions to the marketplace. Everyone wins, including your clients.

You can private label us, position us as a strategic alliance, or have us represented as "the princetongreen line of energy solutions." Proper position is critical, and it's your decision how we best fit into your business. Associated Fees: $50/month maintenance fee


Members Joining Our Solutions Network. Becoming an Installer.

Installers are the companies with the expertise that physically install the technologies we directly sell. princetongreen.org is building a national installation base to ensure we can install our technologies anywhere in the U.S. Currently, we have enough coverage to install anywhere in the country with the understanding that travel is involved. Therefore, we need depth, and we need depth from installation companies that are customer-focused, accommodating, professional, and know what to do. We protect the princetongreen.org brand image by attempting to solidify relationships with only the best companies in the respective markets. Our intention is not to align with every company. Rather, only the best. We need installers for the following technologies: * Building Automation Systems: Water Monitoring & Wireless Energy Management * Commercial Refrigeration Efficiency * Residential Solar in Select States We are seeking electricians, plumbers, refrigeration companies and solar companies to help expand our depth throughout the U.S. Associated Fees: None.

Becoming a Green Advocate.

A Green Advocate is an individual or company that provides a princetongreen.org Energy Advisor sales opportunities without being directly involved in the sales. In exchange, the Advocate is tied into the commission structure when the Energy Advisor closes the deal. In all, highly-connected Advocates can earn significant dollars with very little effort. Our Green Advocate program enables greater interconnectivity of our solutions network, reaching new clients to whom we would not otherwise have gained access. The Advocate Agreement details the understanding of our relationship, and all Advocates receive a Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes. Green Advocates can play varying roles from opportunity to opportunity. In one instance, they may simply open a door for princetongreen.org to enter; whereas in another they may open the door while remaining active in supporting the Energy Advisor in closing the deal. An Advocate’s level of involvement in the pursuit and participation in commissions is determined in advance, thus maintaining the transparency and integrity of the program and our community. Associated Fees: None.


Becoming a Key Alliance.

Key Alliances are vetted companies in our solutions network that our Energy Advisors are able to recommend to our clients for products and/or services we don't directly represent. We take a consultative sales approach, thus offering holistic solutions for our clients. Therefore, we need to have reputable companies to bring forth ideas, resources, products, services and expertise that we do not, and will not, have on our own. Key Alliances include: * Lighting companies * Green Builders & Contractors * Geothermal companies * Innovative Technology companies * Environmental Consulting companies * LEED Architects, Designers & Engineering companies Associated Fees: None.

Nimbleness of Our Model. Companies and individuals can align themselves within our solutions network in numerous ways based on the combination that makes the most sense. For example (but not limited to), 1. A company can be a Dealer of a technology to offer to their client base, while being an installer for princetongreen.org client projects. 2. A company can be a Key Alliance so that princetongreen.org Energy Advisors refer them business, while being a Dealer of a technology to offer to their client base, as well as being an Installer for princetongreen.org client projects. 3. A Green Partner and/or a Key Alliance can turn to their customer base to offer the “princetongreen line of energy conservation and energy generation.” In this instance, the Green Partner/Key Alliance would also be a princetongreen.org Energy Advisor or Dealer. 4. A Dealer can represent a certain princetongreen.org technology, while being a Green Partner or Key Alliance offering their product or service to have princetongreen.org Energy Advisors promote and sell. The bottom line is that we are nimble. We listen to the market to understand its problems. We brainstorm about the solutions to the problems. We discover innovative ways to resolve these problems. We build the network to execute the integration of our solutions. We are busy creating meaningful change.

Product Manager leadership is focused on supporting our Energy Advisors in sales pursuits and client management, as well as supporting the Energy Advisors with their support of the Dealer Network. The framework through which we operate. The pg.approach is a non-linear framework through which an integrated approach can be customized to meet our clients’ sustainability goals. The framework is nonlinear because the various aspects of our approach can follow a pathway based on our clients’ specific needs. Some clients may leverage only one aspect of the framework, whereas others may embrace the integrated approach from start to finish.
