Activity Enrollment A minimum number of participants is required to hold programs. The Department of Library and Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel a program that does not meet this minimum and participants will receive a full refund or credit. It is highly recommended that you pre-register as early as possible to avoid programs being cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
Activity Refund & Cancellation For ongoing classes, participants may drop the class after they attend the first meeting and receive a partial refund, but they must file for a refund before the second class. No refunds will be issued after the second class. For Summer Swim Program or classes only meeting once, you must file for a refund at least five business days before the class starts. If the participant cancels, he/she must contact the Centennial Park Registration Office, and will be subject to a minimum $7 service charge. Refunds for cash registrations will be mailed from the City Finance Department approximately two weeks after the request is received. Refunds on checks will be issued after the check has cleared the bank, which is generally within 30 days of receipt. In order to avoid the $7 fee, a participant may choose to keep the money on account to be used for another class.
Scholarships Scholarships for all types of recreation programs; including camps, classes, and sports programs, are available for income-qualifying seniors and youth. Call 237-3988 or stop by Centennial Park Registration Office for more information. www.prcity.com/recreation

Drop Box
