A BAVARIAN WEEKEND Bavaria - home of those magical Christmas Markets, Oktoberfest, Oompah and Bier There’ll be lots of handclapping, thigh slapping and leaning forwards and backwards! The Bierkeller Schunklers Bavarian Showband take to the stage for a fun, action packed set, with guaranteed audience participation. We will provide traditional alpine hats for the gents and flashing tiaras for the ladies, then dance the rest of the night away to our disco. Packages will include:

What is the minimum number terms and conditions required for a booking?
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
We do not have a required minimum number to make a booking however with bookings of less than eight, guests will be seated together on a shared table.
Yes, we will need informing of any special dietary requirements by Friday 3 November 2017.
Where can I park?
Can we add people to our booking?
We have 1000 complimentary car parking spaces on site. Cars can be left overnight subject to Security being informed by guests on the evening. Should there be a match the next day cars must be collected by 9am.
Additional guests can be added onto your booking subject to availability.
How many guests can be seated on a table?
Can I do a table plan for my party?
We can seat up to 12 guests on one round table. Any numbers above this will be seated on several round tables which will be located next to each other.
Yes, you can and you can also provide place cards, however it is your responsibility to put these out.
Will I receive tickets?
No. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with all details included two weeks prior to your party date.
Deposits
Terms and Conditions Menus
All bookings are subject to availability at time of booking, cannot be guaranteed and must be made with the Conference and Events team at Aston Villa Football Club. A non-refundable/transferable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking.
All required pre-orders are due with the final balance by Friday 3 November 2017 and are to be submitted in writing to the Events Team by emailing events@ avfc.co.uk Although dishes may not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a possibility that they will contain nut traces. If you have a nut allergy or a specific dietary requirement we strongly advise you contact us or notify us in writing with your full pre-orders.
A provisional booking will be secured for a maximum of 14 days from booking; if no deposit has been received your booking will automatically be released. Please note that by paying deposits you are agreeing and entering into our Terms & Conditions.
Bar & Wine Service/Drinks Packages
A full cash bar and wine service will be provided at each event. Under no circumstances may guests bring their own beverages into the stadium.
Deposits and full payments can be made by cheque, credit/debit cards or BACs payments; please contact the events team for our bank details. Only one cheque will be accepted per booking - multiple cheques will be returned to the organiser. There are no charges for credit/debit cards. Cheques are made payable to ‘Compass Services (UK) Limited’.
Challenge 25
Although all events are only suitable for over 18’s, Villa Park operates a strict Challenge 25 Policy. Any guests who, in the opinion of the Management appear to be under the age of 25, will be required to show proof of age; photo driving licence, Passport or Pass Accredited Cards. Guests who cannot provide proof of age when requested will be refused alcohol service.
Full Payments
Full payment is required for your full party, including any pre-booked drink packages, by Friday 3 November 2017. Only one payment per party, made by the party organiser, will be accepted. Non-payment by the due date will render our contract with you void and your event will be cancelled and deposits will be lost. Full payment is required for bookings made after Friday 3 November 2017. Additional places are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come first-served basis.
The Management
Aston Villa (Levy Restaurants UK) reserves the right to refuse to serve and to remove from the event, any person whose condition, in the opinion of the Management Team, interferes or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the function for other participants.
Car Parking
Cancellations
Free car parking is available and vehicles may be left overnight at the owner’s risk. On matchdays vehicles must be removed by 9am. Failure to remove your car may result in your car being impounded.
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the party organiser and cannot be accepted by telephone. All deposits paid will be lost in the event of cancellation. In the event of customer cancellation after Friday 3 November 2017, when final balances are due, full payment for the party is required.
Refunds
If the venue (Levy Restaurants UK; Aston Villa), should cancel an event, a full refund will be given from our Head Office in January 2018.
