WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT... Feedback from our Outstanding Middle Leadership Course 2017-8 highlighted the great value Heads of Department place in sharing ideas with each other. So, this year we’d like to provide a number of opportunities for interested Heads of Department to get together for short, focused discussion of some key elements of their role. Like a book club our conversations will be inspired by pre-relesed reading materials to facilitate structured but informal discussion, providing HODs with the opportunity to learn from each other and think out loud about some fundamental aspects of Teaching and Learning. So, if you’d like some tea, cake and quality conversation please join us in the staffroom for these sessions.
