PGIN vacancies are posted in the bulletin of vacant positions at the Provincial Capitol and at the CSC Provincial Field Office and published in the CSC Bulletin of vacant positions for 15 calendar days.

Requirements:
1. Application letter addressed to the Provincial Governor thru the Department Head where the vacancy exist. 2. Duly accomplished Form 212 or Personal Data SheetPhotocopy of supporting documents such as eligibility/ies, Official Transcript of Records 3. Diploma, trainings, etc. 4. Certification of previous employment, service record, if any. 5. Photocopy of performance rating for the last two (2) rating periods if any.

WHAT THE OFFICE DO 1. Receives the application letter
2. Reviews the application and other pertinent documents attached and forwards the same to the Office of the Governor. 3. If the HRMO will be directed/ordered to fill-up certain positions, notifies the Department Head where the vacancy exists to conduct preliminary/local Personnel Selection Board (PSB) meeting afterwhich the result (shortlist) will be given to the Provincial PSB. 2

1. Prepares schedule and issues notice of meeting to the concerned applicants and members of the PSB 1. The Personnel Selection Board (PSB) screens the applicants.
