Emily Gravett was born in Brighton. After living school she spent 8 years living on the road before getting a place on the BA Illustration course at Brighton University. She won the Macmillan Prize for Illustration with Wolves, beginning an internationally stellar career care creating extraordinary books for children. She now lives back in Brighton with her daughter Oleander, partner Mik and her pets. Emily Gravett nació en Brighton, Reino Unido.
