Nicol Caro (Santiago, 1990) Shobie was born at Puente Alto, while Chile was returning to “democracy�, where she grew up watching cartoons and eating Chocapic. When she was a child she played taking pictures with the broken camera of her grandfather, and draw persons with big heads and eyes. She started college at the School of Arts of Universidad de Chile, where she understood her obsession about eyes and her love for drawing. Once a graduate she created Nubearbol, her brand of illustrated objects and design, all handmade. Today she manages her life by selling her objects, making illustrations on demand, taking pictures, working at two bookstores and holding some workshops. nubearbol@gmail.com
