THE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PATHWAY trains you in the various ways that people can settle legal disagreements without going to court—arbitration, mediation, and negotiation—that put you, as the attorney, in the role of problem solver.
THE BUSINESS LAW PATHWAY looks at
the entire life cycle of a business, from formation to liquidation, and can include tax law, labor issues, bankruptcy, and real estate. You’ll learn how to be a source of legal guidance and advice that harmonizes with your client’s objectives and strategies.
THE CAPITAL LAWYERING PATHWAY See pages 2–3.
THE CIVIL LITIGATION PATHWAY prepares you
to bring legal action to a courtroom in civil disputes involving the environment, employment, contracts, business issues, personal injury, and more.
