HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE Beginning October 1, 2021, all patrons age 12+ attending public performances at the Denver Performing Arts Complex, including the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with an FDA or WHO emergency-approved or fully-approved vaccine. All patrons age 2+ must wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status. Complete details regrading the vaccine verification process are under development now. All ticket holders will receive direct communications regarding health & safety policies and processes in advance of the performance. EXCHANGES* SUBSCRIBERS

Subscribers qualify for free exchanges to a different day of the same opera. Exchanges made within one business day of the performance will incur a $5 per-ticket fee.

NON-SUBSCRIBERS Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for a $5 perticket fee in addition to any delivery charges. *Additional costs may apply if upgrading your seats.

REFUNDS & TICKET DONATIONS In recognition of the current health situation, we have reviewed our ticket policies to ensure we are as flexible and accommodating as possible if you cannot attend a performance. If you can no longer use your tickets, you may donate them back to Opera Colorado to receive credit for a tax deduction. Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to subtitle malfunction, weather conditions, or change of cast or orchestra.

WHERE TO PARK Paid parking is available in the Denver Performing Arts Complex and Colorado Convention Center garages. However, both garages can fill up quickly— especially on weekends. Please plan to arrive early to secure parking! You may also prepurchase parking for the DPAC Garage only at dpac.clickandpark.com. Or, consider alternate forms of transportation, including RTD Light Rail, Uber, or Lyft.

LATE SEATING To limit disruptions to other patrons, late-comers will be seated at the earliest possible break in the performance, which may be as late as the first intermission. Opera Colorado does not offer refunds in the event of a late arrival or missed performance.

WILL CALL Tickets can be picked up beginning 90 minutes before each performance at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House Box Office, located up the steps to the right of the main doors, next to the Buell Theatre.

ENGLISH & SPANISH SUBTITLES Each seat at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House features a subtitle system, operated by Denver Arts & Venues. Instructions for operating the titling system are included in the program book you’ll receive at the performance. If you experience difficulty with the system, please contact an usher for assistance. Opera Colorado does not offer refunds or exchanges in the event of a subtitle system failure. A synopsis of the opera is also printed in the program book.

ACCESSIBILITY, SPECIAL SEATING, OR OTHER ASSISTANCE The Ellie Caulkins Opera House is accessible for persons with disabilities; please call at least one business day prior to the performance if you need assistance. Additionally, free audio-enhanced infrared listening devices are available at all performances. Sunday matinees are also audiodescribed for people with visual MAKE impairments.
