2015 Plan of Action

Operational Excellence: Establish clear performance expectations and effectively execute implementation of plans and strategies. Pass on to future generations a strong, diverse, innovative and engaged Alumni Association that will serve effectively the interests of its alumni and will be a strong advocate for the college.

Alumni Engagement: Develop an engagement strategy that positively impacts how we interact with, and support each other and the college productively (improves trust, respect, open and honest communication, a willingness to confront issues and challenges the status quo).

2. Promote alumni-student interactions to foster a stronger connection.

3. Develop and grow alumni chapters and networks (identify, recruit, cultivate, train and retain volunteer-leadership).

5. Develop an alumni career network with opportunities for mentorships and internships.

A. Create a Mentoring Interest Form Communication/Marketing: Open and honest sharing, providing rationale for decisions with a sense of connection to the purpose and results.

2. Develop a web/internet presence (evaluate and redesign website).

Fundraising: Identify methods to increase the financial means to support and achieve association priorities. Encourage a spirit of philanthropy in support of the college through volunteerism and charitable giving.
