Its automatic side folding system enables an effortless use of the pleated insect screen. The insect screen isn’t chain guided but has a small lower guide to provide an easy obstacle-free access. This pleated insect screen definitely fits perfectly to balconies or terraces, as they use very little space (approximately 3cm). Furthermore, you will have it installed in no more than 10 minutes.

The insect screen mesh is made of fiberglass in grey colour. A wide range of colors are available so that your insect screen its perfectly to your window or balcony.

Services and General Terms of Sales ORDERS 1. Orders can be sent by fax, email, or ordinary or certificated mail. 2. Orders are sent with standard tools and fittings. Different elements have to be specified in the order. 3. Once the order received, Nevaluz® reserves the right to accept or refuse any modification or cancellation request. 4. On ordering, the customer must take our packing units into account. All orders must then be placed per packing unit, or per multiple of these packing units. One pallet includes 12 or 15 parcels and all orders have to include full pallets.
LOGISTICS 1. Order of lengths : Knowing that all orders are delivered ExWorks, the customer is responsible of the choice of the freight forwarder that has to load and deliver the goods. Nevaluz will always inform the customer of the details required for the transport reservation. 2. Order of lengths : As a favor, Nevaluz can organize transport. In this case, the freight cost will always be charged to the customer, without any profit for Nevaluz. However Nevaluz disclaims all responsibility regarding damages caused to the material after its production. 3. Order of lengths : The customer is fully responsible of damages caused to the goods after its production (from loading onto the truck), though Nevaluz has organized transport (on customer’s request).
RECEPTION OF GOODS 1. The customer is responsible for checking that the delivered goods are in good conditions. In case of any breakage, deterioration or any other failure of the packaging, the customer has to advise the freight forwarder in charge directly, and mention the breakage on the matching delivery note. He has 45h to advise Nevaluz® of the breakage and send the goods back. If the customer doesn't act this way, neither the freight forwarding agency nor Nevaluz® will be responsible. 2. We advise the customer to check all the material before forwarding them. 3. Freight costs of returned material will be at the customer’s expenses.
PAYMENT TERMS The customer has to provide his full bank details and is responsible for consequences of any mistake on details supply. Invoices below 300€ are payable within 30 days. 1. (and similar) charges. Furthermore, Nevaluz® can suspend deliveries of new or pending orders until full refund of the due amount.
WARRANTY 1. All Nevaluz® products are always one-year-guaranteed, provided their use is appropriate. The warranty isn’t provided neither for the products that have been manipulated by the customer or a third party, nor the products that aren’t matched to an official invoice. Nevaluz® reserves the right to analyse by its own means the way its products have been used. 2. The guarantee covers the material exclusively.
CLAIMS 1. The customer will advise Nevaluz® of the type of incident by mentioning the order or invoice number; 2. Nevaluz® will analyse the incident and will inform the customer about the procedure to follow; 3. Nevaluz® will charge all spare parts delivered; 4. The customer can sent material back within a maximum delay of 3 months; 5. Returns delivered by other freight forwarding agencies than the ones required by Nevaluz® are refused; 6. Once the returned material checked, Nevaluz® will proceed to the incident's resolution..
REPAIRS 1. Nevaluz® repairs its own products only, which date of manufacture doesn't date from more than 3 years; 2. Freight costs of spare parts needed for repair will be charged to the customer (unless the material is still covered by the guarantee).
SPECIAL WORKS OF PRODUCTS 1. Special works that are not listed in our pricelists, that require a special treatment (or which components require a special treatment), or that alter the product's manufacturing components according to the customer's requirement, are considered as special works; 2. We advise the customer to check special observations for each product and to ask for a quotation before confirmation of the order; 3. Profiles in special RAL colors are charged at the same prices as wood finish profiles, with a price increase of 157€ for EACH ORDER below 150lm. 4.
