THE EARTH'S MANTLE IS CRACKED !!! (Continued) magnitude earthquake that devastated Japan this March 11, 2011, JESUS told me about it in 1980 but not when it would happen. This recent earthquake to hit Japan stems from the rent in the earth's mantle; it is just one more event in a long trail of events that have surfaced as a result of this crack in the mantle of the earth. Why did it take so long before it happened (the earthquake in Japan)? Simply put, this Ministry along with significant numbers of Christian intercessors joined to The Net of Prayer `In The Spirit' have prayed, waged warfare with the enemy of our souls, interceded and gotten delays, mercy and have withstood these judgments for a period well in excess of 31 years. In those years the greater church body could have and were encouraged to join in the work of prayer whereby these judgments may have been greatly altered, even cancelled. That "greater church body" rejected JESUS' WORD and JESUS Prophets, and resisted His call to pray. The opportunity to change things ran out in 2001, the event that signified the final church decision was seen on 9/ 11.
On November 28j984 JESUS told me this: "MY SON, I HAVE NEVER ASKED YOU TO WORK FOR ANYONE OUTSIDE OF ME. YET I WILL BLESS YOU IF YOU SEEK A JOB APART FROM MY WORK. YOU WOULD PRAY, EVEN SO, IN SEEKING A JOB YOU WOULD STAND ASIDE...AND YOU WILL SEE IT BEGIN THAT LEADS TO 26 MILLION DEAD IN SUDDENNESS AND NOTHING CAN SPARE. IT IS YOUR TIME TO DECIDE..." At the time (1984) I was considering seeking a job to cover the bills (which were mounting) in the face of sinking support for the Ministry work. Then JESUS continued saying: "...MY BODY DECIDES. WHAT THEY DECIDE IS MY* DECISION. YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE...THEY ARE DECIDING." *Note: Here JESUS is speaking of what is His "Permissive Will". The decision of His Body is not necessarily His "Perfect Will" as He makes clear in what He says next:

THE SAME AS THE MiD-POINT OR MID-STREAM. ROCKY LAYERS ARE BENT, AND SINCE NOVEMBER 23 R 째** CRACKS ARE SPREADING BY THE HOUR AND DAY. IF IT IS ALLOWED TO BREAK AND BURST, IT WOULD DEVASTATE MANKIND. YET, SHE HAS A CHOICE, YOU DO NOT." **Note - In 1991 Nancy-TONI discerned that the earth's mantle had rent (cracked) on November 23, 1991, as Jesus had told in this November 28, 1984 Word. Evidence of that event surfaced 219 days later (counting from November 23, 1991) with a massive 7.5 Richter earthquake that struck southern California (Landers, Calif.) on June 28, 1992. 219 days'? In 1981 we learned that when explosive events took place in the earth's mantle (440 miles deep in the earth), that it took 219 days for the "shock waves" to reach the surface. Thai 7.5 Richter earthquake that shook southern California was felt all the way to Seattle, Washington, well more than 1,000 miles away. It also triggered a surge of earthquakes and volcanic rumblings along the west coast. Geologists were baffled by this, as it did not fit into their rigid theories of earthquakes. **Note - Again, JESUS disallows this, meaning the decision of "His Body" (the Church) is in His Permissive Will and He will not permit this to happen.
JESUS goes on to say: "A PROOF 1S ASKED, SO A PROOF IS GIVEN." (Note by C-J: I had not remotely asked or thought of asking for a proof.) "COVERED IN BLOOD AND BRAIN IS SHE, SUDDEN HORROR. BUT MORE. BLOOD RUNS TO PALE PINK AND FADES TO DARKNESS CLEAR. UNDER THE DEPTHS IT SHATTERS. A WIND GOES BEFORE A MIGHTY CREST. THE SLEEPING SEE NOT, HEAR A TERROR AND INTO DEATH'S ABYSS THEY SINK SUDDEN AND FINAL."

JESUS' Word of November 28, 1984 (continued) Cont in ent: In 1985 we saw pattern events that confirmed this Word In September of 1985 JESUS sent me to Corpus Christi, Texas to call twenty pastors/churches to pray about a coming judgment where prayer would lessen or cancel these judgments and a heavy loss of life. One pastor of the 20 did pray and called for prayer but 19 did not. The United States was spared these judgments but the enemy would strike other parts of American nations in our place. On September 19, l 985 (after I had to stand aside on September 17, 1985 following on a church decision to reject JESUS' Word), Mexico City was struck by an 8.2 Richter earthquake (killing approx 20,000). Only later did I recognize that this was the first part of what JESUS said would come as a "Proof" — "COVERED IN BLOOD AND BRAIN
IS SHE, SUDDEN TO HORROR." JESUS was speaking of His Church (SHE) - those crushed to death in this earthquake which they loosed in their rejection to His call to pray/repent covered them in blood and brain. That 8.2 Richter earthquake was lessened and the real target of Chicago, Illinois was
spared due to the prayer of the one pastor and the Net of Prayer. The rest of His Word would have been fulfilled in a major eruption of Mammoth Lakes volcano in California.
Through a Word I'd received in 1985 I expected to see a volcanic eruption happen somewhere in North, Central or South America on November 13, 1985 and expected a death toll of 25,00 based again on the church leaders decision (made a second time). On November 13, 1985 the Nevado del Ruiz volcano in Columbia, South America erupted, melting the snow on the mountain side. The hot water cascaded into the local river, mixed with mud and debris creating a 30-foot wall of hot, cement-like mud which then swept over Armento, Columbia. The sleeping heard a TERRIBLE ROAR and were buried alive suddenly - 25,000 perished. I now recognized the second part of His 1984 Word had been seen in a pattern PROOF of His 1984 Word. But this was NOT a fulfillment! JESUS went on to say: "SHALL MEN DECIDE YOU STAND ASIDE, WILL SHE? YOU KNOW IN ME, BUT IT IS HIDDEN BY DECISION. THE DESTROYER MIGHTY-MERCILESS SHARPENS HIS SWORD FOR THE KILL, WAITS, ENCOURAGES, TEMPTS MEN TO DOUBT THAT HE GAIN HIS BOUT. WILL YOU STAND ASIDE? LET ONE OR THEM DECIDE!"

JESUS' Word of November 28 1984 (continued) The gravity of what JESUS was telling me sunk in and I said, "Lord, this is heavy, what of the Net of Prayer? " JESUS replied: "THEY GROW IN STRENGTH, IN NUMBERS, AS WELL, THEN SHRINK WITH SHAKES, MIGHTIER YET THEY STAND IN ME, BUT FOR THESE WHO LOVEENDURE, NO HOPE WOULD ENDURE THE DAY THAT COMES, THEY STAND IN ME, AND SHOULD MEN OR HER DECIDE, WILL SHORTEN THE DAYS ASIDE YOU STAND. MY SON, I SPEAK TO YOU IN LOVE AND PEACE, FOR YOUR HEART IS MINE AND MINE IS YOURS - FOR LIFE AND TRUTH., MERCY AND SALVATION. LET THEIR PROPHETS CHIRP AND BABBLE AS THEY HAVE, BUT MEN WILL LOOK BACK AND KNOW THIS WORD TRUE. THE FAMINE OF MY WORD WAS SEEN IN (HER)... AND DEATH FILLED THAT VOID AS I SAID - BUT IN YOU SHOULD IT BE DECIDED, IT WILL NOT LONG ENDURE, AND YOU WILL RETU RN AND NOT ALONE." (JESUS to Chuck-JOHNEL November 28, 1984)
The Net of Pra y er: From 1984 it grew in numbers until 1989 when it began to steady decline up until 1999 when the Net of Prayer had a surge of new intercessors. I can see what JESUS spoke of in 1984 as having played out exactly as He outlined from then to now. "HER" versus Nancy-TONI: "HER" a pseudonym for The Church, representing the church system of man driven by unbelief and rebellion, was instrumental in the deaths of 45,000 souls in the Mexican and Columbian disasters of 1985. NancyTONI appeared on the scene in late 1985 and she was present to address the volcanic eruption, saving 60 thousand lives in Columbia on November 13, 1985. JESUS' WORD ofNoveinber 28, 1984 was complex and not easily understood. I had to live much old. to understand what He was saying would happen. It was the church decision (19 pastors of 20) rejecting JESUS' WORD and call to pray that led to me having to STAND ASIDE - thus the Mexican earthquake in September, I 985 and 20,000 dead. When Nancy-TONI came on the scene in October of 1985, 1 returned and stood in for the nation again. I was no longer alone, thus: "...YOU WILL RETURN AND NOT ALONE."

To Summarize at this point 1.) JESUS' WORD conies November 23, 1984, a. Church Decision about His Word will determine outcome. b. Revelation about coming rent/rip in the earth's mantle. c. Proof is given. d. Proof/evidence of His Word seen in the Mexico earthquake of September 19, 1985 (20,000 dead) and the Columbian volcanic eruption of November 13, 1985 (25,00 dead). e. JESUS reveals that the Devil is encouraging unbelief in the Church. 2.) In 1991 Nancy-TONI discerns that JESUS' WORD ofNovember 23, 1984 has happened and that the earth's mantle is rent/cracked starting on November 23, 1991. 3.) The 7.5 Richter earthquake to shake southern California (Landers/Big Bear, California) on June 28, 1992 is the first evidence of the mantle cracking on November 23, 1991. It took 219 days for the shock wave of that cracking of the earth's mantle to reach the surface.

These forces unleashed in the earth will travel across this seismic highway' and emerge at almost any point from west to the east coast to the gulf coast or as seen recently, down south into Central and South America triggering some massive earthquakes. This energy that is released into the earth travels like a flood of water and it permeates the earth all around it as it moves along. When that energy saturates the earth around it and can move no further, it will trigger seismic troubles like earthquakes and/or volcanic eruptions or both. In 1989 on the day San Francisco was struck by a 7. l Richter earthquake, the water levels of wells in Florida rose several feet across that state. The energy released by the 7.1 Richter earthquake of October 17, l99 reached all the way to Florida in a matter of hours and as that energy permeated the earth there, it forced water levels to rise. The 9.0 Magnitude earthquake in Japan on March 11, 2011: This same day the geysers in Yellowstone National Park that normally gush steam at set times, began to spew steam geysers constantly. Again, the seismic forces unleashed by the Japanese earthquake reached all the way to the U.S. in a matter of hours. Greta!-RAPHAEL March 26, 2011 . ( Quote) "I'm sending you a few newspaper clippings.... ` Florida water table rose after quake. West Palm Beach—The devastating earthquake that shook Japan caused a temporary jolt in groundwater levels throughout much of Florida, officials said. The South Florida Water Management District reports that a network of groundwater gauges registered a jump of up to three inches in the water table from Orlando to the Florida Keys.' " (Unquote) Back in 1980 following the eruption and then explosion of Mt. St. Helens volcano in Washington State, brethren living in Chicago, in an area close to the water tables, told me that every time Mt. St. Helens erupted that their sewers backed up in their basements like clockwork. THE JAPANESE EARTHQUAKE of March 11, 2011 released huge amounts of energy and it is clear that this energy reached the U.S. and began moving through our `seismic highway' almost immediately. Again, this energy is like water, it saturates the earth all around it and when the earth

The rent in the earth's mantle began moving, spreading, in April of 2008 following close to 15 years of quiet. I noted Keeler, California and Queen Charlotte Islands, Canada because as the rent spread to these areas, it triggered sizeable earthquakes that marked those areas as having been reached by the crack.

THE JAPANESE EARTHQUAKE OF MARCH 11, 2011 was a "Door Opener" to Judgments Continued times above normal. Mark-JAMES and L n-ELIZABETH sent this on March 131 2011. (Quote) "Hi guys. Praise the Lord Jesus! Wow, there is a lot of impact with the "1 I""' day Japan earthquake than just the quake._ Here are sonic. .news reports: 1. 0n3/13/1 1 (11 ` h + 2 days) a Japan volcano (Shinonloedake in SW Japan—the quake was in the NE) that has not fired off in 52 years, erupted.
2. The "l 1 t '' day" quake SHORTENED EARTH'S DAY BY 1.8 MICROSECONDS, There was a similar such shortening with the 2004 Indonesian quake/tsunami. 3. There is a more detailed article on space.com . 4. The EARTH'S AXIS SHIFTED 6-7 inches, a similar event also occurred with the 2004 Indonesia quake, and in the 2010 Chile quake.. 5. There were a variety of other earth events that occurred at about the same ti mes as the "1 1 `' day" quake. 5A: A sizeable batch of quakes in Hawaii, 513: A batch of quakes in Baja, 5C: Volcano in Sumatra fires off. 6. I have heard a variety of news reports today (radio and tv) that the seismologists have upgraded the "l I ts ' day" quake from 8.9 to 9.0 (even heard one report of the upgrade to 9.1). 7. A CBS NEWS article confirms the 9.0 upgrade and lists the TOP QUAKES with the " i1 t11 day" quake upgrade..." (Unquote) I might add that like the Indonesian 9.1 magnitude earthquake of December 26, 2004, where the sea bed was literally ripped open, tearing the crust apart for just over 100 miles and about 40 to 50 miles wide.; likewise, the March 11, 2011 earthquake in Japan tore open the crust in the sea bed some 150 miles long and 50 miles wide.
These and a flurry of strong earthquakes striking across the globe all stem fi-om the growing rent in the earth's mantle. DOOR OPENER? Back in 1979. through JESUS' Word, we became aware of the fact that earthquakes in Japan invariably led to earthquakes on the west coast of the U.S.

THE JAPANESE EARTHQUAKE OF MARCH 11, 2011 was a "Door Opener" to Judgments Continued the earthquake that just happened in Japan. You will note that He also speaks of earthquake activity in the Chicago area and military action between Iran and Russia. When you see one of the things JESUS spoke of come to pass, it tells you that whatever He also spoke about is close to becoming a reality as well. In this case the Lord is providing His people with significant warning signs: (1) a warning earthquake to hit Peru before Chicago is hit and (2) a warning tremor to happen in the Chicagoland area on the night of the 6 th to the 7th at 7 o'clock. Back in 1970 and 1980 we beleived that many of these judgments would happen in either 1979 or 1980; however, JESUS did tell us that what He was telling us was for a future day. When the vast majority of His people, the Church, rejected His Word, rebelled and did not pray as He asked - that "decision" resulted in Christ's empowerment being bent to the will of Lucifer/Satan. In that perspective CHRIST's Empowerment was grossly misused to allow the Japan earthquake, thus JESUS said, "I WILL..." "Whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required..." (JESUS in Luke 12: 48). When we receive JESUS CHRIST as our Savior, we receive His empowerment and we are His representatives on earth. Magnetic north, the point at the top of the Earth that determines compass headings. is shifting its position at a rate of about 40 miles per year. In geologic terms, it's racing from the Arctic Ocean near Canada toward Russia. As a result, everyone who uses a compass, even as a backup to modern GPS navigation systems, needs to be aware of the shift, make adjustments or obtain updated charts to ensure they get where they intend to go, authorities say. That includes pilots, boaters and even hikers. "You could end up a few miles off or a couple hundred miles off, depending how far you're going," said Matthew Brock, a technician with Lauderdale Speedometer and Compass, a Fort Lauderdale company that repairs compasses. Although the magnetic shift has little impact on the average person and presents no danger to the Earth overall, it is costing the aviation and marine industries millions of dollars to upgrade navigational systems and charts. Why is magnetic north shifting? The Earth's core of hot liquid iron is constantly moving. That motion, combined with forces such as the Earth's rotation, dictate the position of magnetic north, not to be confused with geographic north, or the North Pole. "Magnetic north is shifting all the time: its a continuous process, not an event," said Jeffrey Love, a geophysicist with the U.S. Geological Survey Geomagnetism Program, based in Golden, Colo. Over the past century, the shift has been increasing in speed. It went from creeping as slow as nine miles per year in the early 1900s to more than 35 miles per year in the 2000s. However, that acceleration also is part of natural cycle, Love said, "In 10 to 20 years from now, it might be slowing down," he said Currently, the shift creates about a one-degree difference in compass direction every five years, Love said. Accordingly, theFede ral Aviation Administration evaluates airport runway numbers every five years, said Kathleen Bergen, FAA spokeswoman. The FAA could not say how many airports are affected. However, scores of large and small airports in the United States have either changed or plan to change their runways' numbers, which are based on compass directions. Palm Bea ch International Airport changed its three runway numbers in December 2009 at a cost of $268,686. In both cases (Indonesia. December 26, 2004 and Japan, March 11, 2011) the rent or rip in the earth's mantle was conveyed to the Moho layer and then to the earth's crust. Both Indonesia and Japan have seen a vast area underwater ripped apart: in Japan the rip of 150 miles long and 50 miles wide in the earth's crust. It is reflecting the rip or rent deep in the earth's mantle - literally.

The photo on the right is what it looks like now following the earthquake and tsunami. The water flooded in, the land dropped and the water did NOT drain back into the sea - it is now a new sea coast area for Japan - they've lost a chunk of real estate. The west coast of the U.S. is facing a significant upheaval in the near future. The action of the rent in the earth's mantle is both invisible, subtle and very powerful.
The effect is clearly global, every volcano on this planet can be triggered into an eruption by the forces unleashed by the rent, and as seen, it can set in motion

SUMMARY AT THIS POINT IN THE REPORT We have recognized that the rent in the earth's mantle is behind a number oftroubles, these being: 1.) Violent/severe weather globally. 2.) Major Earthquakes and volcanic activity globally. 3.) Tsunamis - floods that have killed tens of thousands-F-. 4.) Sudden changes in the earth's topography. 5.) Distortions of magnetic north. TIMING: While I know it will not be another 31 years to the next major event, it can be days, weeks, months even years before we enter a time when these events will explode not only nationally but globally. This is why I wrote the "Prophetic Warning Signs " book, to offer brethren some idea of what events will precede key events that are likely to dramatically effect them.
Equilibrium of the Earth is troubled What is happening on the surface of this planet is merely reflecting what is going on deep inside the earth at the base plates and in the earth's mantle at a depth of 440 miles. As the rent in the earth's mantle spreads and widens it is putting ever increasing pressure on the equilibrium of this planet. Scientists will say the Japanese earthquake caused the planet to rock, but I will say this: the ripping of the earth's mantle caused the earth to wobble on its axis and the energy released during that ripping set off the March 11th earthquake itself. JESUS made it clear in His November 23, 1984 Word that "if" He allowed this rent to spread, it would devastate mankind. When you take a look at what is happening as a result of the rent in the mantle you will understand what JESUS meant - what is developing would be catastrophic beyond measure. JESUS also told me that at a given point He will send us out with The Staff, sending us out from the "'NORTH PARTS" (that is where Jesus put us, this area is only 40 miles from Canada). He would send us out to stop the spread of the rent and to stabilize the planet as we did in 1992. Destnictions will still come but they will not obliterate mankind or wipe out this civilization.
