DELAY NOTES: Sorry that this month's Newsletter, which should have gotten out in October, is getting out now. Following the Prophetic Mission, we were
exhausted and I developed a low grade infection that wore me out. Added to this we had to draw-together the Prophetic Mission Report and get that mailed out, then we needed to work on a second printing of the book "Prophetic Warning Signs " and I had a ton of paperwork to plow through. Needless to say, we didn't begin work on this month's Newsletter until November 3" d and hope to co mp lete i t i nto the mail by November 20th.
THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST In this great expectation I have a unique and significant revelation-insight directly from FATHER GOD when in 1979 He gave me my primary Commission in Him. This was: September 3, 1979 1 AM (Spokane) GOD THE FATHER to Chuck-JOHNEL "YOU ARE NEARLY AS AN ELISHA, BUT YOUR ANOINTING IS GREATER. YOUR ANOINTING IS LIKE UNTO MOSES, IN SOME PARTS LESS, IN SOME PARTS GREATER. AS HE (Moses) LAID DOWN FOUNDATION STONES FOR MY SON'S COMING SO ARE YOU LAYING DOWN FOUNDATION STONES FOR MY SON'S RETURN. IN MY ARMY YOU ARE EQUIVALENT TO A FIELD MARSHALL, IN YOUR WORDS." FATHER GOD'S WORD left me both stunned and bewildered. Inwardly I jumped for joy, but on the human side, I had no idea whatsoever how I might ever do any of this. I knew of Ministers that were nothing short of experts in the Bible and in that. I was a beginner, lacking the training these others had. Indeed, one Minister I knew openly regarded me as inferior/unlearned in Scripture. I was well aware of what I lacked but I also knew the Lord JESUS CHRIST intimately and trusted the HOLY SPIRIT to lead me. I didn't know how I would go about this call and Commission to prepare for JESUS' Return. However, I was willing to be yielded to the HOLY SPIRIT to lead me, teach me and equip me in what

THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST (Continued) THE COUNT OF ANGELS THE 144,000 In praying for brethren having needs and troubles, I often found myself `In The Spirit' wearing the armor of God (Ephesians 6: 11-18) and confronting demons. More often than not, the number of demons was so great that they simply flowed around me and I proved unable to stop the flood of demons as they swept around me like I was a post. Aware I needed help (I thought of other Christians to join me), I began praying asking FATHER GOD for help. In 1981, in response to my prayer for "help" in dealing with demons `In The Spirit', I found myself being sent forty Legions of JESUS' Warring Angels. Each Legion had 1,200 Angels, all told there were 48,000 Angels. The Commander of the Angels referred to me as, "MY LORD'S GENERAL." Shortly, I learned that two other Prophets like me, one my Godly wife (NancyTONI), another Ministry Prophet (Richard-DANIEL), had also been assigned forty Legions of JESUS' warring Angels. The total came to 144,000 Angels of JESUS CHRIST. Again, I was stunned. The 144,000 are spoken of in the Book of Revelation Chapter 7, verse 4. Today I understand that at some point we will initiate the Sealing of the 144,000 who will in turn prepare for JESUS' RETURN. This work will be undertaken by Nancy-TONI, Richard-DANIEL and myself. This insight came as I wrote this Newsletter. There is likely more to it, but this is what the HOLY SPIRIT has given me understanding of at this time.
BEING THE LORD'S GENERAL From the get-go, on May of 1981 when FATHER GOD assigned 40 Legions of JESUS Warring Angels to work with me, I found myself leading these Angels in battle against demon hoards. The culmination came in November, 1981 when

In Christ we prevailed and indeed prevented the outbreak of Nuclear World War 111. The physical evidence of having accomplished this was visible and plain to see. As FATHER GOD told me in September, 1979, "iN MY ARMY YOU ARE EQUIVALENT TO A FIELD MARSHALL, IN YOUR WORDS." With JESUS's Direction and HOLY SPIRIT leading this had become a reality. W hy? The enemy of our souls was aiming to trigger a Nuclear Firestorm to
engulf much of mankind, including breaking apart the Elect Body of Christ thereby preventing JESUS' Return in our time.
LIVING TO SEE HIS RETURN ? As I embraced the work of prayer and warfare `In The Spirit' to contain and hold back the enemy, Lucifer/Satan, I looked forward to seeing JESUS' Return. In the mid 1980's, JESUS plainly told me that I would see much of the fruit of my labors but that I would not live to see His Return. Rather, I would come back with Him and the armies of Heaven on the day of His Return.
REVELATION INSIGHT INTO JESUS' SECOND COMING Even before JESUS sent me out of my prayer closet to do His Will, I knew by
the HOLY SPIRIT that JESUS' Second Coming would begin with Him appearing in His people. JESUS would physically follow that manifestation by Returning as we all know, appearing in the Heavens. Most Christians are expecting JESUS to Return in the skies, to save them from their enemies and to take them home. The "Rapture Doctrine" is quite popular because it is based on us doing nothing but waiting for Him to do it all. But that is not how it will happen as the HOLY SPIRIT gave me to know early on that He would first appear/manifest in His people and that these would lay ground

OCTOBER 1985 "IT'S DONE IT'S BEGUN, HE'S COME! t !" In October of 1985 JESUS sent me on a trip from Texas to Washington State to pray with a "Prophet" who lived there. I did not know then that He was leading me by His Spirit to my Godly wife, someone He's talked to me about for many years - Nancy-TONI. On the way, driving North, I was overwhelmed by a massive choir of Angels singing Praises to God ,who sang a song stating, "It's Done, It's Begun, He's Come!!!" I was swept up in the adoration and praises to Father God and began joining them in tongues with praises to FATHER GOD through JESUS CHRIST. In this glorious symphony of Praises and Rejoicing, I "knew" by the SPIRIT OF GOD that the ground work leading to JESUS' Second Coming was being undertaken. In ways I did not understand then, meeting my Godly wife was a big part of that, as for years JESUS told me I could not complete His Work without her. Like most every Christian I knew, all believed that we would see "signs" of JESUS' Coming. Events detailed in the Book of Revelation would tell us His Coming was near. I now began to ask the HOLY SPIRIT about these events that are supposed to precede JESUS' RETURN. What the HOLY SPIRIT communicated to me was both eye-opening and brought things into proper focus. The HOLY SPIRIT made it plain, that these events in the Book of Revelation would NOT precede JESUS' RETURN; rather, JESUS appearing/manifesting in His people would come first and all these other signs would follow . What most believe is not wrong, it is reversed. In that the Church has not learned to move `In The Spirit' nor to trust the leading of the Holy Spirit, they are blind-sided, unable to see the deeper

LUKE 17:20-21: "And when He was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, He answered them and said, THE KINGDOM OF GOD COMETH NOT WITH OBSERVATION: NEITHER SHALL THEY SAY, LO HERE! OR, LO THERE! FOR, BEHOLD, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU." The Bible tells us plainly, JESUS states it clearly, "...THE KINGDOM OF GOD COMETH NOT WITH OBSERVATION..." If you read Luke 21: verses 24-28, JESUS describes a time of tribulation and of this, He only says, "LOOK UP...FOR YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWETH NEAR." But that does not define a time except you are in the time of tribulation and ought look to Him. However, in Luke 21:29-31 JESUS gets specific, speaking of a tree where shoots come forth, of this He states plainly, "LUKE 21:31 "SO LIKEWISE YE, WHEN YE SEE THESE THINGS COME TO PASS, KNOW THAT THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NEAR AT HAND." What "shoot" is JESUS talking about? First off, it is a living thing. This is not the first time JESUS used a tree as an analogy of man, so He is talking about His people coming to bear fruit. But what kind of fruit? JOHN 14:12 " "VERILY, VERILY, I SAY UNTO YOU, HE THAT BELIEVETH ON ME, THE WORKS THAT I DO SHALL HE DO ALSO; AND GREATER WORKS THAN THESE SHALL HE DO; BECAUSE I GO UNTO MY FATHER." That is one powerful revelation - God's people are to be like Him. Bearing fruit in this case speaks of "manifesting Christ Jesus," becoming like Him, doing what He has done and even greater things. In 2,000 years of Church history has this become a common occurrence whereby God's people manifest Christ?, Bear fruit? Doing what JESUS did and greater things? With rare exception the answer is NO, not in 2,000 years of Church history.

A FORETASTE - MANIFESTING CHRIST IN 1983 For some years I'd prayed to be close to JESUS and to be like Him. One night, in early 1983, while working on paperwork, I was drawn into `The Spirit' and saw my Godly wife with whom I merged, we became one. With JESUS standing before us we were drawn to Him and became one with Him. The experience was awesome and wonderful for in that moment I had the Mind of God, I saw the world as He did, I saw the sad condition of the Church. A friend nearby commented, "Why does it seem so bright in here?" Indeed, Christ's Light was pouring from me, I could see this as I sat there. I was clearly operating with my spirit man in Christ and I saw things in ways I'd never seen before. For one, I was keenly aware of my soulish nature; in fact, I looked down at it and saw the sinfulness of that carnal nature. Yet I had a Holy indifference to this carnal side of myself. I had to travel at that time extending the Seal of the Living God and as I did I could see things in a depth that was mind boggling as I was seeing these things as FATHER GOD did. If I stopped in a town to buy something, people would come up to me, some actually asked if they could just "touch me. " I also knew things about those I encountered, there was nothing that could be hidden. One man who approached me on the street I had compassion for (Christ in me did), I knew that he had been the deacon of a church but got involved in illicit relationships with women and had stolen church funds and had been cast out. He was convinced that he was now hellbound. JESUS moved me to assure him that JESUS still loved him and he needed to repent and have this burden of sin lifted from him. He wept, and that told me the Love of God had touched him deeply. In restaurants, JESUS would tell me about people there. He spoke of each person with love, compassion and understanding. The children, especially babies, could not take their eyes off of me, and I understood that they were
seeing JESUS. One child leaned back to look at me and finally his mother said, "What is there about that man that y ou cann ot stop looking at him ?"

THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST(Continueii) So I experienced manifesting Christ, which lasted for a month, before some nasty events brought me down. What I learned was that we FIRST needed to address our carnal nature, working in prayer to die to our self-life. Going through the Cross as some might rightly say. Dying to our self-life takes determination and commitment on our part, which is necessary if we would enter into Christ, become like Him, manifest Him in our life. YOU CANNOT MAKE IT HAPPEN! No matter how hard you pray, you cannot enter-in and become Christ-like as this is something God does, we can only be yielded to His will and timing in that respect. I prayed generally to be one with Jesus for some years and had no idea what would happen that day in early 1983 when I was drawn by His Spirit to become one with Him. I learned that our carnal nature can work to draw us down "if" we manifest Christ and that our carnal man will work to undermine our aspirations to be Christ-like. It is fairly clear in Romans 8: 7, which states, "Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be..." I can say, from personal experience, that this is quite real and true, our fallen nature will fight against Godliness in us. Nancy-TGNI's article enclosed, deals with this same issue in some detail. I was led by the HOLY SPIRIT to bring focus to JESUS' SECOND COMING and Nancy-TONI had HOLY SPIRIT leading to what she wrote - both are dealing with the same issue. It is what we call a "Godincidence." While I'm happy to see JESUS RETURN soon, I know (because He told me) that this will not happen in my lifetime. I'm 72 years old today and in my family longevity runs anywhere from 77 to 100 years.

A SUMMARY OF THE PROPHETIC MISSION Washington, Oregon and California September 14 th to September 23, 2013 All told, we drove 3,160 miles, striking the earth with The Staff every 50 or 100 to 200 miles as the HOLY SPIRIT directed. We observed events in this world, the earth and skies above us reacting to the Staff blows/activity. A major earthquake the enemy aimed at Los Angeles was broken up and lessened/contained, and two major storms moving to become hurricanes fell apart and became heavy rain storm systems instead. Recent earthquakes shaking the San Francisco area were also broken up by the Staff work. The enemy of our souls was moving to trigger events that would lead to an all out Nuclear War. Lucifer/Satan's plans for Nuclear World War were shattered, and much more was accomplished. The trip took 9 days of driving and the final cost was $3,560. We averaged driving some 375 miles a day. PRAISE THE LORD! Meltdowns Hobble NSA's massive data center , published Oct. 8, 2013, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL. "(The NSA is collecting millions of U.S. phone records along with digital communications on nine major Internet providers and is likely to store it in secret at an immense Utah facility, scheduled to open in October.) Chronic electrical surges at the massive new data-storage facility central to the National Security Agency's spying operation have destroyed hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of machinery and delayed the center's opening for a year, according to project documents and current and former officials. There have been 10 meltdowns in the past 13 months that have prevented the NSA from using computers at its new Utah data-storage center, slated to be the spy agency's largest, according to project documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.
One project official described the electrical troubles—so called arc fault failures—as "a flash of Iightning inside a 2-foot box." These failures create fiery explosions, melt metal and cause circuits to fail, the official said. The causes remain under investigation, and there is disagreement whether proposed fixes will work, according to officials and project documents. One Utah project official said the NSA planned this week to turn on some of its computers there."

(Article from Lyn-ELIZABETH, The NSA's Massive Computer Clusters in Utah are Failing Due to "Arc" Explosions, by John Biggs on Oct. 8, 2013. "The super-secret NSA Utah Data Center is suffering from a number of massive electrical jolts which, in turn, have melted hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment. According to a WSJ report, the explosions, called "arc failures " are like "lightning" inside a computer case." (Unquote Lyn-ELIZABETH)
Comment by Ch uck-JOHNEL: When on the Prophetic Mission, we struck the earth with The Staff and saw a massive bolt of lightning issue skyward. Lyn-ELIZABETH 's discernment is correct, this was due to a blow with The Staff - that bolt of lightning struck NSA 's computer system causing a massive meltdown. There is no question that these computers were targeting Gods people, all ofus, and that has been stopped. This I know by the Spirit of God: they lost all the names (Christians) they had on their hit list. Also, they will prove unable to restore those lists. We have just seen some massive answers to our prayers as the Lord our God moved in and shut them down as we asked. Praise God!!! can muster must be focused on the fuel pool at Fukushima Unit 4. Fukushima's owner, Tokyo Electric (Tepco), says that within as few as 60 days it may begin trying to remove more than 1300 spent fuel rods from a badly damaged pool perched 100 feet in the air. The pool rests on a badly damaged building that is tilting, sinking and could easily come down in the next earthquake, if not on its own. Some 400 tons of fuel in that pool could spew out more than 15,000 times as much radiation as was released at Hiroshima. The one thing certain about this crisis is that Tepco does not have the scientific, engineering or financial resources to handle it. Nor does the Japanese government. The situation demands a coordinated worldwide effort of the best scientists and engineers our species can muster. Why is this so serious? We already know that thousands of tons of heavily contaminated water is pouring through the Fukushima site, carrying a devil's brew of long-lived poisonous isotopes into the Pacific. Tuna irradiated with fallout traceable to Fukushima have already been caught off the coast of California. We can expect far worse.

Many are already leaking. All could shatter in the next earthquake, releasing thousands of tons of permanent poisons into the Pacific. The water flowing through the site is also undermining the remnant structures at Fukushima, including the one supporting the fuel pool at Unit Four. More than 6,000 fuel assemblies now sit in a common pool just 50 meters from Unit Four. Some contain plutonium. The pool has no containment over it. It's
vulnerable to loss of coolant, the collapse of a nearby building, another earthquake, another tsunami and more. Overall, more than 11,000 fuel assemblies are scattered around the Fukushima site. According to longtime expert and former Department of Energy official Robert Alvarez, there is more than 85 times as much lethal cesium on site as was released at Chernobyl. Radioactive hot spots continue to be found around Japan. There are indications of heightened rates of thyroid damage among local children.

Humankind's Most Dangerous Moment: Fukushima (Continued) `The immediate bottom line is that those fuel rods must somehow come safely out of the Unit Four fuel pool as soon as possible. ...Spent fuel must somehow be kept under water. It's clad in zirconium alloy which will spontaneously ignite when exposed to air. Long used in flash bulbs for cameras, zirconium burns with an extremely bright hot flame. Each uncovered rod emits enough radiation to kill someone standing nearby in a matter of minutes. A conflagration could force all personnel to flee the site and render electronic machinery unworkable. ...Should the attempt fail, the rods could be exposed to air and catch fire, releasing horrific quantities or radiation into the atmosphere. The pool could come crashing to the ground, dumping the rods together into a pile that could fission and possibly explode. The resulting radioactive cloud would threaten the health and safety of all us. Chernobyl's first 1986 fallout reached California within ten days. Fukushima's in 2011 arrived in less than a week. A new fuel fire at Unit 4 would pour out a continuous stream of lethal radioactive poisons for centuries.
Former Ambassador Mitsubei Murata says full-scale releases from Fukushima "would destroy the world environment and our civilization. This is not rocket science, nor does it connect to the pugilistic debate over nuclear power plants. This is an issue of human survival." Neither Tokyo Electric nor the government of Japan can go this alone. There is no excuse for deploying anything less than a coordinated team of the planet's best scientists and engineers. It was unclear if the spike was caused by yet another spill of contaminated water at the plant, which has been a growing problem in recent weeks. Based on the want of truthfulness of our government, especially the Beastman in the White House, I question if there will be any attempt for forewarn Americans of rising radiation levels. What can we do? 1) A work of prayer-intercession asking FATHER GOD to help by His HOLY SPIRIT to limit and contain and stop this spreading disaster. At the least, we can pray seeking God's help that we are covered and kept safe. ONLY GOD can truly turn this around. As we pray-intercede via the enclosed prayer sheets we can expect to see God's answer when other governments start to get involved to address this looming human crisis. 2) Buy a product called "ThyroSafe" which is Potassium iodide* This will prevent your body from absorbing radiation. Normally healthy young adults can withstand radiation poisoning so long as the radiation is "moderate".
