GUILFORD COUNTY TO BECOME A CERTIFIED WORK READY COMMUNITY Guilford County – North Carolina employers are recognizing the Act Workkeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC), to help Guilford County become a certified work ready community by doing the following:
Links workforce development to our educational system Aligning economic development needs of communities, regions and states Matches individuals to jobs based on skill level
Your participation in ACT Work Ready Communities (ACT WRC) benefits not just your company, but your entire community. ACT WRC is helping job seekers in your area understand what skills employers like you are looking for, and it helps local educators prepare students for success. And — we need you as an employer, to value their earning an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification. If you are a Guilford County Employer and want to become a part of this effort, simply complete the Employer Support Form located on the Certified Work Ready Communities Website at: https://www.workreadycommunities.org/business/form.
