Transitional Employment Our Transitional Program was developed as a means to establish a pathway for new employees to attain self-sufficiency. It can be used as a mechanism to train new employees for existing positions, or even for positions which did not exist prior to entering the program. We will pay for the entire (approved) cost of training for a specified amount of time. This program can also assist the employer with increased productivity and efficiency.
