Finding and selecting employees Naton HR focuses on finding and selecting staff in line with our customers’ wishes and needs. The selection process is carried out systematically through the stages set out below: Prior to the selection, we arrange a meeting with the potential client and together outline the criteria for filling the vacancy. Our service is carried out by finding the appropriate candidates for the vacancy in question on the job market or in our own data base. Then, we carefully review the CV's and make a selection of potential candidates matching our client's needs. We perform interviews and verify references, if the need arises. We prepare a shortlist for the client of the most suitable candidates. The shortlist only contains candidates, whose competences match the requirements of the vacancy the closest. This is followed by a presentation of candidates among whom the client selects the most suitable. Upon client's request, the final selection round can entail having the candidates subjected to either a graphological assessment or psychological tests. A Naton HR consultant shall be present at the interview of the selected candidate with the client. Hence, the client saves time and can eliminate any doubts relating to the selection and staffing process. The service shall be paid in full only after a successfully completed selection e.g. hire of the selected candidate. Psychological testing The method of psychological testing provides an unbiased insight into the characteristics and competence of job candidates. It is a tool to learn more about the personality structure of the candidate for a concrete work position. Graphological analysis in HR A graphological analysis enables you to (presumably up to 95 per cent accurately) screen your candidate's competence, most prominent character features and most likely flaws. Graphology is the study of analyzing and studying human handwriting in relation to a person's psychological traits. Clients most frequently look for high-quality staff with specific expertise and experience in fields, such as information technology, pharmaceuticals industry, banking, insurance etc. Generally, these candidates are approached with a personal address rather than advertisements. Through selection interviews and other methods of »talent hunting« we look for the most suitable candidates for our clients. A recruitment method called »head hunting« is applied, when the client wishes to employ a (specific) candidate to fill a position in the company. At this point, we actively engage in the process of direct searching and solicitation of candidates. We browse through our job seekers data base, consider social networks and associations in which Naton personnel is active, but also use virtual social networks such as LinkedIn. Another method of headhunting is a direct invitation for collaboration.

Labour leasing In these unstable times, many companies cannot afford to employ workforce full-time, due to the unsteady volume of orders which presents a risk for the company. Naton HR therefore offers such companies the opportunity to temporarily hire workforce. We offer two methods of temporary workforce hire: TEMPORARY HIRE – PAYMENT BY EFFECTIVE WORKING HOUR Workers are employed full-time by Naton HR and perform their work for the client. The client pays only the working hours actually carried out by the worker. This method of hire complies with all legal regulations, the collective agreement for this activity and other general acts in force. The key advantage is that sick leaves and other forms of absence do not hinder the client. This employment method enables great flexibility and efficient risk management related to labour costs. Example: 10 € + VAT x effective hour _________________________ = client's final cost TEMPORARY HIRE – PAYMENT BY EFFECTIVE WORKING HOUR Again, the worker is employed full-time by Naton HR, while the client as the user of Naton's services pays the actual costs of the employee plus an agreed monthly fee (commission). total employee cost for the employer + per cent for the commission + VAT _________________________________ = client's final cost
