Since June 2014 the Dubai government via the DTCM (Dubai Tourism) advocates Holiday Home rentals for short term leisure and corporate stays. Owners can now officially rent their property as a holiday home via a local licenced operator company. The DTCM has added two new categories to their tourist accommodation structure, being Standard or Deluxe Holiday Homes. Licensed operators must adhere to a strict set of rules governed by the DTCM. What We Do Our principal activity is to manage stays of both owners and guests in apartments and villas across the key new areas of Dubai. We currently manage over 100 properties, and handle over 5,000 bookings every year from our easy to find office on Sheikh Zayed Road. Most importantly our local company provides investors with a one stop service to rent their investment property to family, friends and holidaymakers, and also have the flexibility to use the unit themselves for a few weeks of the year, whenever they may choose to do so.

We advertise private residential properties on behalf of owners across many global and locally recognised internet portals. We also advertise all managed properties on our own on-line bookings website mydubaistay.com operating since 2005. Our proactive sales operation works around the clock to maximise rates per night and occupancy across our complete portfolio. We operate on a revenue share basis, where the property owner retains 75% of income received.

24 Hour Reservation Centre Our Reservations Centre and office, located on Sheikh Zayed Road (close to the Mall of Emirates), is an easy to reach point for check in, to properly control the arrival and departure of all guests around the clock. When handling any reservation we are responsible to both owners and the communities in which their property is situated, and ensuring each stay is hassle free for the guest. To conform to the local DTCM regulations our office provides the following facilities: 24 Hour Front Desk at a fixed location Recorded CCTV to ensure safety and security of each transaction Swift Check In and Welcome Information to guests on arrival Passport scanning to maintain records of each staying guest
