Dear readers, July and August have arrived and VSN Magazine has been upgraded with new graphics, enhancing the initial design. Over the years we have evolved to face new challenges. You will find in each edition new specialties, curiosities, exclusive interviews and, in short, mimicry to move to the so-called virtual world. I am happy and very optimistic for the future, as always, because we are growing up and want to reach new goals to offer only the best. Hair Fair - Wigs for Kids Hair Fair is a very important event not only for the SL community but also for the children. In fact, this commercial event is in favor of fundraising for cancer-sick children, subsidizing research and ensuring a quick healing for toddlers can really make the difference. Great hair designers are coming into play every summer to keep this promise. This event begins on the first of July and ends one half month!

I
n each "Tips" I show you a little suggestion that can increase your photographic capabilities. In the previous episodes we have seen the various types of photography: the panoramic, the professional and the "photographic set". After that we talked about the importance of the projectors and the substantial difference they can make in our shots. Along with the projectors we also discussed about windlights and their decisive role in the light and shadows of the photo we want to capture, but in this appointment we will talk about another important thing: focus.

hat is it for? The answer is really simple, we have to give depth and emphasis to the subject of the photo and there are two ways to do it: when the lights and shadows are activated from the graphics panel, there is the "background fog" option and that option can be Really amazing if our PC performance is high enough to be able to fully exploit it, the second method is even simpler and it does not require great graphics performance: CTRL+0 (I'm sorry I do not have the slightest idea of which key combination for the Apple system *sigh*).

or those who do not have the slightest idea of what it is, I try to be short: it's a zoom that keeps the proportions. It is different from a fisheyes and keeps the focus on the subject you clicked on, however, increasing the cone of the displayed area.

he pictures used in this article I applied this system (I must confess that I always use it to have particular results and good quality). I choose the framing, the lights, the shadows, the right windlights and after clicking on the subject of the photo, zoom in CTRL + 0 until I'm satisfied with the result and the shot. This is a practical and fast method and will definitely give you more inspiration for your photos. Only an advice... be careful not to move your view on other points on the screen or don't move your avatar forward or backward because you would see all so "weird"! The "fog" changes or disappears depending on the movements of our avatar or cursor/pointer but the "CTRL+0" stays fixed! To delete it just use the "CTRL+9" key combination or, if you want to try taking a panoramic photo, try the "CTRL+8" combination, you'll see that spectacular effect!

n this warm summer issue, I want to introduce you a very good and talented fashion blogger: Raphael Gauthier. It's not always easy to be a blogger in men's clothing and fashion but he can give class and style. His pictures are simply spectacular as well as his flawless taste in choosing the details and accessories. Nowadays fashion is almost exclusively feminine, most of the events on Second Life are strictly reserved for ladies but there is always an exception. This exception is Raphael! On this occasion I had the pleasure of asking him something about his style, his blog adventure. Read it with us! â&#x20AC;˘ Q: So you are a blogger, right? I mean... you are one of the talented blogger in flickr community but I wanna ask you how did you start? A - I have a pose shop with my wife Lican Carter and we did the blog to publicize our work. I fell in love with the blog and left the store in stand by.

A - It was not easy because I did not know how to manipulate photoshop and html code. I had help from my wife and friends and today I can make my photos and posts by myself and I do it on social networks. â&#x20AC;˘ Q: Please tell me... since you started did you faced some hard times where you weren't sure to keep up with your sponsors? And if yes, how did you managed that? A - No. I feel safe in what I do because I give the best of myself.

A
n interesting project aimed at art and minimalism, with geometric shapes, lights and sounds. What affects much of this art gallery is the large audience that seems to silently admire the gallery, protected and directed by a sculpture depicting a woman made of roots, as if she wanted to personify the roots of art. I consider interesting the HUD that is kindly sent on arrival, provides valuable advice to fully enjoy the visit to the gallery. It is also an interactive HUD as each structure will have a sound, a voice.
