Festive Celebrations Tasha’s Fantastic Fudge Tasha’s Fantastic Fudge has been around for over 10 years. Creator and owner, Tasha Jardim, is a qualified cordon bleu chef who has always excelled in the confectionery world. Her greatgrandmother was a confectioner by trade so Tasha’s cooking skills are in her genes! Tasha’s Fudge is made the old-fashioned way, stirred by hand in a pot and poured out to a creamy finish. All flavours are real and no colourants are used. November 2010 saw the opening of Tasha’s Fantastic Fudge first retail store offering over 30 flavours of fudge, home-made fudge ice cream, fudge sauce to make those hot fudge sundaes, and yummy butter fudge biscuits. Unusual flavours on offer include Milo, Bar One, Marmalade and Bacon, Almond, Choc Dipped, and White Chocolate and Chilli. Parties for children of all ages, book clubs, fudge tastings and networking meetings have all been held at the premises. Fudge dipping, a unique activity, is an exciting experience for the young and not so young. Tasha’s also has a small coffee bar which sells the usual coffees as well as some unique one-of-a-kind fudge coffees!
