BIG SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES, SMALL SCHOOL CARE
MLC offers one of the broadest curricula of any independent school. Subject variety is a hallmark of an MLC education, and as students move towards their final years of secondary school, they are able to choose from a wide range of subject choices through three distinct pathways, the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), VCE Vocational Education and Training (VCE VET) and the International Baccalaureate (IB). As well as an exceptional and varied academic program, our co-curricular program is extensive and features sports, clubs and opportunities that ignite and fuel every student’s interests and talents. As our students journey through four smaller learning communities – Junior School (Kindle to Year 6), Junior Secondary School (Year 7 and 8), Middle School (Year 9 and 10) and Senior School (Year 11 and 12) – they blossom both academically and socially, through learning and personal development programs that have been tailored to meet the unique needs of each age and stage of students’ growth.

BOARDING AT MLC MLC’s Boarding House offers a home away from home for approximately 120 boarders from regional and rural Australia and a variety of countries from around the world. We endeavour to provide a culture that offers independence, privacy, flexibility and fun. The experience enables boarders to develop confidence and resilience, and a deeper understanding of diversity.
