DelaDeso and Bloody Gums Collective invite you to take an exclusive look inside the ever expanding universe of Grimey and co. DelaDeso’s mischievous alter-ego Grimey is ready to make his public debut, and you can get to know him and his friends through two fully immersive exhibitions in July.

On July 1st, “Meet Grimey” will be hosted by Ray Mart, the convenience store where Grimey peddles smut and works the register at 5419 West Adams in Los Angeles. For one night only you can hang out with Grimey, xTofux, Rasta Jesus, A Bars and more, while following the crew’s adventures through Grimey’s living room, to Ray Mart, Jacqui’s, Steely Dan’s and other locales in Bloody Gums City. The exhibition will give attendees an idea of the absurd, collaborative energy which fuels the Bloody Gums crew.

After you get to know Grimey’s world, you’ll be curious what lies behind the Grime. For a more intimate look at what makes Grimey tick, join us for “Grimey’s Room” at Leiminspace at 443 Lei Min Way, on July 15th. This introspective installation acts as a meeting place for the minds of DelaDeso and Grimey.

The artist’s aspirations, insecurities, and fantasies come to life in a world all his own. With Grimey’s help, DelaDeso has elevated his work with a renewed focus on community and innovative experiences.
