We use the Rion NL32 sound level meters to deliver our bespoke service and operate a remote download service to ensure a near instant provision of data additional to completing weekly maintenance and calibration checks. All data capture and quality standards meet with our stringent KPI’s and presented in a weekly-automated red-amber-green factual report. Due to the high profile nature of the development, we use a personalised call out system to ensure that a 24/7 alert cover is maintained and in the event of a breech an investigative site visit is made and factual report is sent to our client.
