s we usher in another grand season of philanthropic events, Society Scene publishes Season Preview to keep you in the know.
This year, we also bring you words of fashion wisdom from George Kotsiopoulos, in Stacy’s interview with him on page 10. And making sure you attend the events in style, we had stylist Dani Stone and designer Abi Ferrin weigh in on what to wear where in a feature on page 14.
Also new this year is a DIY feature on how to host a fabulous charity event without breaking the bank. On page 12 we take some cues from a local organization that repurposed ordinary items to create unique décor for guests at their recent gala. Beginning on page 17 we take you through the upcoming season of charity events. And in case you’re not already excited about season, Scene & Be Seen showcases the fun in store this season with party photos (beginning on page 38). Our Season Preview presenting sponsor, the Florida Panthers, are also kicking off the season with their foundation’s gala tonight at BB&T Center. The one thing that never goes out of style is charity.
