A legal newspaper established August 11, 1866, as the Plumas National (later changed to Plumas National Bulletin, May 16, 1892) subsequently changed to its present name May 7, 1931, with which was merged the Plumas Independent (1892-1945) on June 7,1945. Errors and Omissions: These newspapers, under no condition, accept any responsibility for any loss sustained by an advertiser selling merchandise at an incorrect price. However, if a typographical error is made, which is clearly the fault of Feather Publishing Co., Inc, a letter of correction will be issued to the advertiser.
