EVENT HISTORY The MCCS Far East Bodybuilding Competition is the hallmark of the hard work, dedication and perseverance of the best bodybuilders, bikini, physique and figure athletes in the Pacific. Even after 20 years, this show remains the longest running and most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the region.

PATRICK COLEMAN (Head Judge) A former Mr. Hawaiian Island and IFBB Pacific International Champion with over 30 years of experience as a judge, Coleman founded several bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions, and is the director of Central Japan Bodybuilding & Fitness.
AKIRA SHIROMA
A personal trainer, firefighter, former Mr. Okinawa, former Mr. Kyushu, and a past winner of the All Japan Master’s, Far East overall title, Camp Hansen Strongest Man and the World Firefighters Games, Shiroma has judged bodybuilding competitions for several years.

The winner of the overall titles at Far East Bodybuilding and the Pacific Muscle Classic (2015/2016), Thompson is a gold, silver and bronze medalist with experience as a pro and elite physique championships judge.
