I have been privileged over the past five years to see our members transform their lifestyle for the better and become more physically fit. With our anniversary coming up, we want all our members to strive for a healthier, happier lifestyle and we will do our best to give you the tools needed to get there. New changes in the building are our TRX Suspension Group Training Classes and our Silver Sneakers Group Fitness Classes. We are planning to open a new RPM/Spin Room, paint our main workout rooms, and reveal a new, improved sound system in our group fitness room. We are proud to announce that a member has reached ten referrals! Here are our winners of the referral game - First Place: Kristie Wilson, Runner-up: Mike Terrell Jr. Bring a friend, bring a neighbor, share our home with that special person in your life! Utilize our 3-day friend/family passes and remember to refer members, if they sign up for a year or longer - it gets you a free month! On Saturday, October 10th, all members and their guests are invited to our fifth-year anniversary festivities! We celebrate by continuing to enhance our gym with member-suggested improvements! Welcome to Troy Tate, new LUFC Personal Trainer Troy Tate moved to WA in 2014 from Arizona. Fitness has been a part of his life since he was six years old. Troy has been a Judo competitor for 18 years, and for the past 20 years, while working in the fitness industry, he has helped clients reach their goals and has competed in bodybuilding shows. He reached a huge personal goal by earning his IFBB “Pro” status in 2013. Troy says,” As a whole, fitness will always be a part of my life and I will continually want to help others achieve their goals and to live a long healthy life.”
