Now you have completed your registration, and as the London A Cappella International Summer School is a non residential course, it is important you find a place to stay during your time in London! We have negotiated a wide range of favourable accommodation packages to fit within different budgets: from studio apartments and hotels to student halls of residence and hostels. Please also see the map below and location guidelines so you can judge how far it will take you to get to the venue – Kings Place – each day.
These recommendations are based on a 5 night stay from Thursday 31st July (the day of the course registration) through to Tuesday 5th August (the day after the course finishes). If you wish to extend your stay - either arriving earlier or staying later – then this will be subject to availability and need to be arranged directly with your chosen accommodation provider. If you wish to book with one of our accommodation partners, please contact them using the details below in order to receive the favourable rates we have negotiated on your behalf.

Terms and conditions Upon contacting the hotel bookings are held for a maximum of 14 days. After this time they will be cancelled if a deposit has not been received To secure the booking, a 25% non refundable deposit must be paid, and the total balance to be settled 2 months before arrival date. Any amendments (change of numbers, days, etc) within 2 months of arrival date will be treated as a cancellation - therefore the original total amount for the booking must still be paid You can pay the 25% deposit by credit card or make a bank transfer Cannot accept American Express credit cards, Euros or any other currencies for payment Facilities include: 24-hour reception 24-hour internet café Bed linen Laundry facilities Lockers are available in all dorm rooms and the reception area free of charge (padlocks not provided) Facilities in dorm rooms include: security lockers, partial divider and personal reading light Secure luggage storage is available free of charge before check in Roof terrace and bar

Terms & Conditions for booking Full prepayment by credit card required at the time of the booking (AMEX, Diners Club and JTB cards not accepted) You cannot transfer or resell your booking You can only make a booking if you are 18 years old or over. If you arrive at the residence and are under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone Cancellation policy: you may cancel a booking in writing and you will be refunded any monies paid less a cancellation fee if: o You notify LSE Vacations a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the earliest possible check-in time (usually before 3pm 3 days prior to your planned arrival). LSE Vacations will refund you any monies paid to them less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall equal your first night’s stay. You will be issued with a cancellation number to confirm your cancellation. o If you fail to cancel your booking within 72 hours, or cannot provide a cancellation number on request, you will be liable to pay for the full stay and not be entitled to receive any refund. o Refunds only credited to the payment card that you used to make the booking. You will normally receive refunds to your card within 30 days.

Terms & Conditions for booking Studios2Let need to be advised 7 days prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred. If less than 7 days notice is given you will be charged 1 night. 50% of the booking fee is to be paid up front, which is non refundable in case of cancellations. If they are able to let the room out for all or some of the nights this amount or the pro rata amount will be refunded.
