Casa Maya Kaan Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve, Tulum Mexico * Private events such as Cocktail parties & weddings are allowed for a maximum of 60 guests * Maximum of 12 guests sleeping at the Villa – Security Deposit is $1,000 usd * No Event fees charges! * Music volume must be lowered to 40 decibels after 12:00 AM. * Wedding planners must be responsible to coordinate (will be covered by the renter): ● Rental of Port o potty ● Contracting Staff caterer, clean-up crew ● Rent plates and glasses for amount of guest at wedding, china, glassware or flatware for amount of guest at wedding ● Electrical extensions and connections for lights and Music
IMPORTANT NOTE: The security at the entrance gate to Sian Kaan may charge a $3 usd Fee to access the National Reserve for each person attending the wedding (just so you are aware – most of the time this is subject to the guard consideration…)
