Hacienda Meal Plan Service Includes 4 Services each day: If desired, Meal Services served at your villa dining table or Poolside/Patio/Terrace Outdoor Dining Area, no additional charge. The Meal Plan includes all items on the Menu. 4 Day Service: Rate is $300. + 20% Gratuity Service Per Person ($50.00 + 20% Gratuity Daily) (Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour & 3 Course Dinner, same as above) 7 Day Service: Rate is $440. + 20% Gratuity Service Per Person ($75.00 + 20% Gratuity Daily) (Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour & 3 Course Dinner, same as above) Note: Palapa Jack Meal Plan does not include such Menu items as Lobster, Prime Cuts Steaks, Duck, Lamb and some Seafood dishes. Menu items marked with an asterisk (*) are not included in the Palapa Papa Meal Plan. However, you certainly may order these items for an additional cost per item when on the Palapa Jack Meal Plan. The Hacienda Meal Plan includes all items on the Menu. All Meal Plan Services are paid in advance or upon check-in at the villa. Any extra or additional Food & Beverage service during the week will be due at time of check-out. We ask for your assistance so that we may provide you with the best possible service. We request your selection of menu items for your group no less than 4 days prior to your arrival so that we may provision our kitchen properly. We stock and provision our kitchen 2 times a week only. All of our menu items are prepared fresh daily. Our Chef and kitchen provide services to our private guests in our villas only. We are not open to the public. Therefore, it is impossible for us to stock our kitchen with all the fresh ingredients needed for our entire menu if that entrée or dish will not be ordered. If for any reason, we are not given your menu selection in advance prior to our provisioning day and your arrival day, we will be happy to offer you what is in stock in our kitchen until our next provisioning day and your menu selections have been received. We are very happy to provide Al La Carte orders from our kitchen with out prior notice and for the last minute requests. However, please understand that such a service will be subject the availability of the menu item and all Meal Plan services of other guests will have priority regarding time of service. Outside, private cooks/ caterers or other venders will not be authorized or allowed on site in the Hacienda compound or at any of our properties.
