A global logistics company required a market leading, innovative Leadership intervention for their largest Leadership population – the First Level Managers. With over 5,000 First Level Managers in the UK alone, the focus was to arm the Managers with the Leadership and Management skills to lead their teams in a fast paced, dynamic business - where speed and accuracy are paramount.

What have the results been so far? The programme was born in 2008 and has seen over 1250 FLM’s complete it, delivering phenomenal behavioural, numerical and tangible returns for the business. Already an estimated 11 million pounds of efficiency savings has been made since 2009 through changes such as process and behavioural improvements brought about from First Choice Leader delegates.
