LE CHANVRE : ECO-MATÉRIAUX À L’ŒUVRE Workshop interdisciplinaire Design textile - HEAR Mulhouse et ESAD de Reims. Depuis 2018, la chaire IDIS mène une étude sur la filière du chanvre et questionne les différents champs d’application des matériaux issus de cette plante. Si le premier projet interrogeait le béton de chanvre en s’inspirant des techniques d’auto-construction, le projet V2 s’articule autour de la fibre brute et des matériaux souples qui en découlent.
HEMP - V2 AS ECO-MATERIALS Interdisciplinary Textile Design Workshop - HEAR Mulhouse and ESAD de Reims. Since 2018, the IDIS Chair has been conducting a study on and with the hemp industry, questionning the different fields of application. When the first project studied hemp concrete using self-building techniques, this V2 project is based on raw fiber and flexible materials. Une gamme de textiles d’ameublement créée par la designer Florence Wuillai, étudiante HEAR, et une sélection d’objets et de mobilier par Lily Latifi, Atelier Pok, Whole, Atelier Chatersèn, Luigi Priolo, Atelier Tuffery et Lola Gibert. Ces développements textiles tricotés et feutrés associent laine française et lin européen certifié Masters of Linen®, et intègrent la matériauthèque Tricolor, centre de ressources destiné à valoriser les filières de laines françaises auprès des créateurs. A range of furnishing textiles created by designer Florence Wuillai, a HEAR student, and a selection of objects and furniture by Lily Latifi, Atelier Pok, Whole, Atelier Chatersèn, Luigi Priolo, Atelier Tuffery and Lola Gibert. These textile developments are knitted and felted from French wool and European linen yarn, certified Masters of Linen®, and enter the Tricolor material library, a resource center promoting French wool producers. MADE IN DESIGN Sous le regard pointu de Goodmoods, Made in Design donnera un coup de projecteur à l’éco-design et plus précisément à ces marques et à ces designers « conscious » qui ont entrepris un tournant décisif dans leur façon de créer pour s’ancrer dans un futur plus respectueux de l’environnement et durable, pour que la vie reste belle ! Exposition de la lampe ZACATECAS réalisée par Constance Guisset Studio en 2017, à la silhouette géométrique et organique. Sur la robe de lin, les fibres sont rayées comme un drapé. Imaginée pour l’exposition « Delta 76 » en collaboration avec Agnès Dahan au Théâtre de la Ville du Havre, réalisée avec le soutien de la Ville du Havre, de la Confédération Européenne du Lin et du Chanvre (CELC) et des entreprises partenaires. Une installation hors normes qui fait la démonstration de procédés de tissage inédits - dont 3D et distingue le lin européen comme fibre de référence, matière à inspiration textile et tactile. Les designers à l’œuvre sur les métiers expérimentaux tissent des fils certifiés Masters of Linen® et forment des pièces en volume, telles des briques construisant une architecture en mouvement au fil de l’été. Last days of the exhibition at LAFAYETTE ANTICIPATIONS foundation. The installation transforms the architecture into a giant textile studio, demonstrating weaving innovations – including 3D – and enhancing European linen as a reference fibre, a material for textile and tactile inspiration.
